3 bedroom 2 bathroom Beach house 1350 Square Feet

This 3 bedroom 2 bath spacious beach house was completed in 2017 and is conveniently located in the Sea Isle Subdivision. This community is steps away from the beach and accessible to many amenities the community has to offer including the private fishing pier and boat launch. The house has decks on either side of the house which faces the east and west for amazing sunrises and sunsets. The house is approximately 300 yards away from the beach which is a 5 minute walk.

Sea Isle Community - Guests have access to the public beaches (3 different access areas), boat ramp, marina, private fishing pier, park, basketball courts and tennis courts. There is also a neighborhood bar and restaurant which offers great food an adult beverages. Sea Isle is a very safe and family friendly neighborhood which is buzzing with activity in the summertime.

Kitchen - The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops which has an open floor plan to the living room. It is well equipped to fulfill all your cooking needs. There's a full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, bakeware, storage containers and both a Coffee Maker and Keurig (K-cups).

Living Room - The spacious living area is newly furnished with a an extra large sectional couch, that folds out to a bed and a 60 in. flat screen TV.

Bedroom #1 - Queen Bed with walk in closet with HDTV

Bedroom #2 - 1 Twin Bunk Bed and 1 full bed - Sleeps 4

Bedroom #3/Master - King Bed with HDTV, personal bathroom with shower/bathtub.

The house has Xfinity (Comcast) TV service for all TV's. Additionally, there is Xfinity high speed internet access with Wifi throughout the home.

We have a pack-n-play for your little one.

Laundry Room - Full sized washer and dryer

Outdoor Area - Outdoor shower downstairs, barbecue pit, picnic table, and lounge chairs. There is a bar with a TV downstairs for entertaining.

House has an outlet for electric vehicle charging (Nema 14-50 outlet).

House comes with access to the neighborhood private fishing pier.

This house was AMAZING wit exceptional amentities! They thought of everything, I kid you not! It was so clean and everything about check in and out was so easy. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation before school started back. The golf cart was a plus and the reccomendations for restaurants were on point!

Perfect place!
This house was wonderful for our annual Galveston trip. Everything was clean and the neighborhood was so fun! The Sandbar was a great spot for lunch! We will definitely be back again.

Wonderful Get-Away!
This is our second visit to the Sea Isle area & first time at this property. The house was beautiful & very clean. They had everything we could think of to make our stay pleasant & comfortable! The golf cart rental was a wonderful extra & super convenient. We only recommend bringing a little extra bug spray (there is a little standing water at some of the properties nearby). We can’t wait to come back next year! 😊

Wonderful stay
We had a great time at the Blue Pearl. The house was lovely and the location was great. Just a quick drive to the beach, pier, marina, playground, and restaurant. We did everything and the kids had a blast. We wish the pool had been included which is one of the reasons we selected this property but it ended up being fine without it. We rented the golf cart which we were told was in the garage before we arrived but it wasn’t in there. I contacted the owner and they resolved the issue and had it brought over within 10 minutes. Overall, it was a great stay!
