Great location but not comfortable

Communication with the host was excellent, and the location is fantastic. A quick walk to the train station, beach, or port. But overall the apartment wasn't comfortable, especially for a long stay. Neither of the two futons were comfortable to sleep on, the two pillows provided were flat and lumpy, there were no bath towels, only four hangers, and just one (coffee) table. One of the mattress protectors had dried blood on it, I think this should have been replaced before I got there.
