Vacation home for up to 11 people in Sande in Friesland on the North Sea

Our holiday home in Sande (Friesland) offers you an ideal starting point for your family or group holiday for up to 11 persons. Also your dog is gladly seen - in the large, fenced garden can this play and rage. In a total of 5 bedrooms with double beds and flat screen TV as well as in the dressing room with a single bed and baby bed (can also be placed in the bedroom), you will find the peace that you are looking for. The large living room with adjoining dining area leaves nothing to be desired - the media area is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a stereo with USB slot. The large leather couch set as well as the lovely decoration ensure a comfortable atmosphere. From the living room you have an optimal view into the garden, on the terrace you can grill in nice weather. Corresponding terraces can be found in the separate garden house. Furthermore, one bedroom has a balcony, another has a direct access to the Nebenterrasse. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking - from the coffee maker to the oven with ceramic hob, from the coffee and dining service to the microwave and dishwasher. You simply cook your breakfast egg in the egg cooker, the toast is toasted in the toaster. Also here you will find a dining table with chairs. In the adjoining adjoining room, shopping carts and drinks boxes can be stowed away optimally. The bathroom has, among other things, a shower, a bathtub as well as a WC - hair dryer, hair straighteners, shampoo and shower gel are available. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the separate utility room, as well as an ironing board, an iron, a bathtub and a clothes rack. You can park your car in the garage or in the parking lot.

Alles in allem war es super. Nur eine Sache-wollten ein Glas auf einem Schrank nehmen und dieser ist beim öffnen aus der Wand gekommen. Habe es der reinigungskraft erzählt und sie meinte das könnte gar nicht sein. Das fand ich Ni hat so gut. Immerhin war das keine Absicht und es hätte einfach auf eins der Kinder fallen können

Hat wunderbar geklappt, tolles Haus!

Reibungsloser unkomplizierter Ablauf. Geräumiges Haus mit tollem Garten und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Beim Duschen muss man sich etwas absprechen, da es nur ein Bad gibt. Toiletten und Waschbecken gibt es aber noch extra. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, empfehlenswert!

Schönes Familienwochenende

Wir waren über Ostern mit der ganzen Familie (11 Personen) da. Wir konnten den Garten super mit unseren Hunden nutzen. Das Haus hat eine gute Aufteilung, so dass jeder seinen eigenen Bereich hat, man aber auch gemeinsame Zeit verbringen kann. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so täglich braucht. Die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Top Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Lage

Ich war mit ein paar Freunden in diesem Objekt, welches sehr gut war. Es gab genug bequeme Betten, die Küche hatte alles dabei an Equipment. Das Highlight war der große Garten wo man Spiele spielen konnte. In der Nähe gibt es genug Supermärkte um Lebensmittel zu kaufen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und stand für jede Frage zu Verfügung.

Sehr schönes großes Haus mit abgeschlossenen Garten für Hund. Für 4 Personen war alles super. Bei 11 Personen Maximalbelegung wird es beim Essen (Aufteilung auf vorhandene Tische und mit Geschirr und Besteck) sehr knapp. Aber sonst alles wie erwartet.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir sind mit Auto und 2 Fahrrädern angereist. Das Haus ist sehr schön und vor allem groß! Wir waren nur zu 2., aber man kann mit einer größeren Gruppe problemlos dort übernachten. Mit dem Fahrrad sind wir nach Wilhelmshaven (25 Min) und Dangast (35-40 min) gefahren. Dangast hat einen schönen Sandstrand, die Strecke mit dem Fahrrad hat es aber in sich und ist nicht für jedermann. Insgesamt ein wunderbares Wochenende, wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus an sich hat uns gut gefallen. Die Bahnlinie stört kaum, nur die Güterzüge sind etwas laut. Störend fand ich den Rettungshubschrauber, der manchmal gefühlt alle halbe Stunde über das Haus flog. Für 11 Personen ist nicht ausreichend Besteck vorhanden, aber da wir nur zu zweit waren, hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es ist sonst alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super. Für die Hunde war der grosse, eingezäunte Garten toll.

Sehr schönes, großes und sauberes Ferienhaus

Wir, meine Frau und ich, hatten ein sehr schönes, langes Wochenende in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Hunde sind ebenfalls willkommen. Ein Napf, ein großes Körbchen und ein eingezäunter großer Garten machen den Urlaub mit Hund unkompliziert und schön. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Schönes Urlaubsdomizil mit kleinen Mängeln

In der Objektbeschreibung stand nichts davon das alle paar Minuten ein Zug direkt am Gartenzaun vorbei fährt. Ferner ist die Ausstattung der Küche veraltet, z.B. die Gummi Dichtung des Ofens hängt lose zumindest was davon noch vorhanden ist, bei den Pfannen löst sich die Beschichtung weshalb diese nicht zu nutzen sind (möglicherweise weil es keinen Pfannenwender gibt). Auserdem ist das Geländer der Wendeltreppe ins Dachgeschoss komplett lose sodass es sowohl für Kinder als auch für Erwachsene eine große Gefahr da stellt diese zu benutzen, zu dem lösen sich die Schrauben der Treppenstufen (oberste Stufe). Der Code zum öffnen der Garage war nirgendwo hinterlegt und musste erst telefonisch erfragt werden. Alles in allem abgesehen der genannten Mängel ist es ein sehr schönes Objekt in dem man seinen Urlaub echt genießen kann. Und daher würden wir es weiterempfehlen.
