This lovely, peaceful property is beautifully modern with Texas flair! The large home is 3500 sq ft. and situated on 5 acres of rolling wooded land. It features a split-level plan with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, full kitchen/liv room and sleeps 9-10 comfortably. The owners live in the private house attached to the southside of the home. They have separate entrances/exits and keep to themselves to allow privacy for guests but are there in case of any needs.
There are many amenities to enjoy on the property:

Perfect place to relax

Fantastic property, close enough to Denton/Gainesville/Casinos but tucked away from the grind of the city. We used it to prep for a wedding in Valley View and it was perfect. Hosts were great and communicated everything we needed to know.

Wedding Weekend

This property was exactly what we needed for our family to gather from multiple locations for our daughter’s wedding at The Little Chapel in the Woods. Perfect for family fun

The home and property are perfect for family get togethers. We rented for my daughters graduation and it was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out and visit. The host were friendly and available if any questions. Everything you need is provided. I can't say enough about how peaceful and beautiful the property is. Beautiful Home

The property and house was beautiful. It was perfect for my daughters bridal party and family. lots of space and the courtyard was amazing. The 2 kitchens were perfect one of them we used to prep flowers we had for my daughters wedding.Patti was amazing and responded quickly Everytime I had a question waited at the house for flowers I was having delivered there and even mailed my shoes back to me that I left! Definitely recommend this house! Patti was an amazing host!

Perfect and Peaceful

I highly recommend staying here. The pictures don’t do this house justice. It is amazing in its condition and its layout. We had multiple families staying here for my daughter’s wedding in Denton, and the full houses on each side enabled everyone to have ample space yet have togetherness. The outdoor layout is fantastic as well offering much tranquility especially in the evening. Patti and Carl were excellent with their communication and very accommodating. They also provided a great recommendation for a place to get crawfish which made my brother-in-law very happy. Thanks Patti and Carl for adding another great memory to a great weekend.

Good but needs repairs

This house accommodated our family well...we had a leak in one of the upstairs bathroom..literally, water pooling in the closet beneath..the lock off apartment was poorly outfitted with dishes, utensils,etc. internet was spotty..5 of the 7 TVs can only be watched at once..if you want to use any of the other two, one or two of the others need to be turned off. Hopefully the owner can address some of these concerns and issues because it’s a great house.

Texas Wedding

We traveled from Oregon to our son’s wedding and we thought this would make a great place for our family to stay. The place was Beautiful well stocked and the pool was refreshing. It was super Hot when we were there. The only thing was that the 8 adults (4 couples) had a hard time finding sleeping the add was misleading it had a full pull out bed in main living that wasn’t there. So we did have to use a blow up mattress. And the beds were a little short for the 6’5 men we had. The add says sleeps 14. We had a hard time sleeping 8 adults and two kiddos. In spite that we had a great time we were busy with wedding stuff. And the house was relaxing. It was the first house that we stayed at with the owner was on property. It didn’t bother us at all and they always answered any questions we had! I would have given a full 5 stars.

Great home for family and friends

I booked this home for friends and family for my sons wedding at Bella Cavalli . Perfect location to the wedding venue . Plenty of room for everyone. Loved having the 2 large TV’s especially for football season . The pool was also very enjoyable! Thank you ! We hope to use it again in the future and have my son and his wife come stay and enjoy it with us .

A perfect home for multiple families

I’m so happy we chose this fantastic house for our yearly family and friends vacation. This house is perfect for multiple families. It has 2 large living areas & 2 kitchens, fully stocked. The coffee provided was great as well as the hot teas available. The house gives everyone plenty of room to gather, but also areas to go for quite time. The bedrooms are huge and the beds are comfortable. We celebrated my 70th birthday. Babe’s catered our food, (wonderful downhome cooking, located in Sanger, if you are not familiar with this restaurant), Carl and Patti were so helpful to make this such a special day for me. The saltwater pool is so inviting, especially with the heat we are all experiencing. The covered areas outside are huge with plenty of seating. Everyone enjoyed the hammock by the pool. Make sure you experience the massage chair, especially after a fun filled day. The house has 3 ac units which kept all areas cool, even with 100+ degree heat for our entire stay. We have always chosen a different place every year for our vacation, this year, everyone agreed that this house is perfect and we all want to go back. I highly recommend this lovely, fun home. Thank you, Carl and Patti, for sharing your home and giving us a wonderful vacation.

Fun with friends.

Overall our stay was quite enjoyable. The property is clean, comfortable and functional. There were eight of us and everyone said they would return. Our hosts, Carl and Patti, were very attentive to our needs and quick to respond to a small issue that came up. This is an annual get away for us and we will definitely consider this property for next year.

Graduation 2022

My son graduated from high school and we needed to host family and friends from out of town. The house is gorgeous and on a beautiful, well maintained property. We had everything we needed and only a quick drive from UNT. We hosted a nice lunch after graduation and had plenty of room for everyone. Rooms were beautifully decorated and clean.
