This lovely, peaceful property is beautifully modern with Texas flair! The large home is 3500 sq ft. and situated on 5 acres of rolling wooded land. It features a split-level plan with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, full kitchen/liv room and sleeps 9-10 comfortably. The owners live in the private house attached to the southside of the home. They have separate entrances/exits and keep to themselves to allow privacy for guests but are there in case of any needs.
There are many amenities to enjoy on the property:
Take a swim in the refreshing pool or enjoy a stroll to the barn and pond.
Kick back and enjoy a game or movie on the 85inch Sony with surround sound.

Perfect in every way!

This was our second time to rent this house. It was perfect again. Plenty of space for our little family get together. The kids enjoyed the pool and did not want to leave!!

AMAZING WEEKEND!

Absolutely beautiful property! There was an issue that had to be addressed, but it was resolved quickly. Communication was handled quickly and efficiently! There were 4 couples and it was perfect!! Loved our weekend.

Great for family and friend gatherings

I got married in nearby Collinsville and rented the property for family and friends to have a place to stay together during the festivities over the weekend. This house was a perfect setup in that it is large enough for a group, and yet separates into sections so people who want to stay up late can, and those who need a quiet place can find that refuge in a separate wing of the house. Great diversity, which keeps everyone happy!

Excellent Retreat Location

Our group loved our stay. It was the perfect house for our youth retreat. Carl and Patti were the best hosts. The house would be perfect for any small group church retreat. The pool is a good size, there is an open field on one side of the house to play games. The 2 living areas provide 2 spaces to break into small groups and the courtyard could serve as a 3rd on a pretty day. The house worked out perfectly for our plans.

Best Stay Ever!!!

My entire family stayed here for Wedding Weekend down the road. Wow, just wow!!! The property is beautiful and the unique nature of the layout worked out perfectly for our multiple small families. The property is well stocked with everything we needed and Patti and Carl were supper responsive if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this property to all my friends and family. We will be back for sure!!!

Beautiful Home

The property and house was beautiful. It was perfect for my daughters bridal party and family. lots of space and the courtyard was amazing. The 2 kitchens were perfect one of them we used to prep flowers we had for my daughters wedding.Patti was amazing and responded quickly Everytime I had a question waited at the house for flowers I was having delivered there and even mailed my shoes back to me that I left! Definitely recommend this house! Patti was an amazing host!

Perfect

Booked for a women's retreat, and I'll use it over and over again. There was privacy, everything we needed, with the exception of a sizable knife in the kitchen (which might have been there and I couldn't find it). Also, it should be noted that I am no maven in the kitchen, but I might actually cook more if I had the amazingly nice cooktop/oven appliance this property has. Everything was PERFECT for a 3 day getaway weekend for 7 women.

Perfect and Peaceful

I highly recommend staying here. The pictures don’t do this house justice. It is amazing in its condition and its layout. We had multiple families staying here for my daughter’s wedding in Denton, and the full houses on each side enabled everyone to have ample space yet have togetherness. The outdoor layout is fantastic as well offering much tranquility especially in the evening. Patti and Carl were excellent with their communication and very accommodating. They also provided a great recommendation for a place to get crawfish which made my brother-in-law very happy. Thanks Patti and Carl for adding another great memory to a great weekend.

Rehersal Dinner, Wedding Celebration and Surprise Birthday Party

This is an amazing home away from home, offering everything just as the website described and so much more. Being the Grooms parents and traveling from out of town we needing a place to call home for a week. Not only were we hosting out of town family, we hosted the rehersal dinner, pre and post wedding festivities and my husband's surprise 50th birthday party. The house provided the perfect backdrop for all of these events. Very nice spacious house with clean and well appointed rooms, two big kitchens, two comfortable living rooms, along with a great outdoor courtyard and pool to entertain, relax, enjoy and unwind. All amenities needed for our weeks stay were readily available. Being able to accommodate family and friends during our stay made all of the occassions that much more memorable. We received so many welcoming and gracious comments from our guest on the accommodations and the peaceful and serene location. We felt right at home here and it made what we we thought would be a hectic and stressful time so relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you Tom for sharing your home with us and providing us the perfect house and location to celebrate there special events and create unforgettable memories. This was such a great place to stay, I can't recommend it highly enough.

Texas Wedding

We traveled from Oregon to our son’s wedding and we thought this would make a great place for our family to stay. The place was Beautiful well stocked and the pool was refreshing. It was super Hot when we were there. The only thing was that the 8 adults (4 couples) had a hard time finding sleeping the add was misleading it had a full pull out bed in main living that wasn’t there. So we did have to use a blow up mattress. And the beds were a little short for the 6’5 men we had. The add says sleeps 14. We had a hard time sleeping 8 adults and two kiddos. In spite that we had a great time we were busy with wedding stuff. And the house was relaxing. It was the first house that we stayed at with the owner was on property. It didn’t bother us at all and they always answered any questions we had! I would have given a full 5 stars.

Perfect for family fun

The home and property are perfect for family get togethers. We rented for my daughters graduation and it was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out and visit. The host were friendly and available if any questions. Everything you need is provided. I can't say enough about how peaceful and beautiful the property is. Perfect place to relax

Fantastic property, close enough to Denton/Gainesville/Casinos but tucked away from the grind of the city. We used it to prep for a wedding in Valley View and it was perfect. Hosts were great and communicated everything we needed to know.
