It was everything advertised only two small items single ply paper and no clothing hooks in the bathroom. We enjoyed this place it was a great value. Thanks Owner

I'm a lover of architecture and interior design. I feel passionately that a simple clean aesthetic makes for peaceful living. I strive to achieve that in every home I remodel.

Why they chose this property

I love the "old Florida" vibe. This triplex was built in 1955 when this sweet barrier island was mostly dirt roads. I remodel houses and strive to keep the original feel to each property. I do the all the tile work myself and enjoy watching each property transform. The best attributes of Cocoa Beach are walkable from this house. Riverfront park (I'm working on finding a kayak for the house!) best of the south beaches, Cocoa Beach Playhouse & downtown bars & restaurants. 2 "beater" beach bikes are at the house along with a can of WD-40 so spraying the chains :-) The salt does make everything rust really quickly!
