Updated 1940's beach cottage with all the comforts of home! One of THREE cottages available (VRBO #501808, #621877 and 827904), FOR LONGER RESERVATIONS (28 nights+) PLEASE SEND A MESSAGE FOR RATES. Ground floor fourplex, Your private residence includes, WIFI, your own fenced-in and private, beautifully landscaped back yard with newly paved garden / dining area and Hammock / charcoal BBQ. Two private bedrooms, master with King bed accommodations and HDTV, second bedroom has 2 twin beds with 32' HDTV, and full size sofa bed in living area when necessary. All HDTV's include basic cable and Roku with Netflix subscription. Our cottage includes your own stacked washer and dryer, beach chairs and towels, Kitchen with oven/microwave and all the amenities of home! Charcoal grill for your outdoor barbecues, and Netflix subscription for those lazy nights inside! Your own private entrance, walk across the street to outdoor terrace dining! Rent a bicycle/surfboard/paddleboard on our block or take a surf lesson! Walk for coffee, breakfast, dining and entertainment on Cottage Row! Too many restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance to name, you can also enjoy a little of the Cocoa Beach nightlife without having to use your car! Located on A1A north, in the center of downtown Cottage Row district. Fully Licensed.

Great location.

The only 2 negatives about my stay was the sprinkler turning on when I was loading my car, and the air deodorizer was overwhelming, I had to move them to the back porch.Better instructions for the TV would help us senior citizens.

Loved this place!

This is the quintessential beach cottage. Very well equipped, very clean, very homey. The linens were soft - not the sandpaper linens you get thru rental agencies. Great beach chairs, beach cart, everything you need! SUPER convenient to NUMEROUS restaurants/bars, short walk to historic Cocoa Beach & 1 block off the ocean - easy stroll. Will definitely be back!

VERY clean and accommodating with welcome coffee and snack starters till we could make it to the store the next day. Great restaurants within walking distance. Owner VERY responsive to questions. Best VRBO we’ve stayed.

Great location, walkable to lots of eats and 2 blocks from the beach sand. The added beach provided accessories where great too. Will definitely be staying again and have already recommended to people. Quick & good communication with host when needed made things that much easier as well.

Exactly what we were looking for!

We loved this cute cottage! It had everything we needed for the beach, which was only a block away. Great restaurants within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The host was very helpful and even sent messages about local events in the area. We will definitely stay there again! Thank you!

The Perfect Stay

The perfect cottage, close to all the fun and excitement and of course the beach ⛱️. The cottage provided all the necessities of home, they thought of every little thing to make your stay complete. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Coca Beach.

Wonderful Stay in Cute Cottage

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Cocoa Beach. Debra our host was very helpful. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again upon our return to the area.

Grandkid trip

Three days and a half with our grandson in FL. We chose Cocoa Beach for proximity to Sea World and the Kennedy Space Center. We chose our wonderful VRBO for beach access. Also we found the area walkable to shops and restaurants! Debra was an amazing host!

Best Cottage Ever

TOP NOTCH Cottage

Absolutely ADORABLE cottage close to everything...lush foliage and great decor. We will for sure be looking to return soon. Could not think of anything missing...had a relaxing week, and our furbabies loved the enclosed yard.

Great Stay

This vacation home is exactly as advertised! Great location in downtown Cocoa Beach and a block off the beach. Everything provided to walk to the beach and enjoy the day. Great spot for our family of three and will definitely use again in the upcoming years.

What a Gem!

The beach cottage furnishings are very charming and luxurious, and the the provided amenities were such a treat. Both made our stay extra special. We appreciated Debra Concepcion’s friendly communications and explicit instructions. That made us feel welcomed and set expectations that were easy to meet.We have stayed in Cocoa Beach many times in previous years for family gatherings, but from now on, we know THE VERY BEST place to stay.

Thanksgiving holiday

Overall this is a great property to stay if you have a pet. Bed was very comfortable and the property is private. Small but cozy and very cute place. They had snacks for us and dog bowls to use. close to beach and great restaurants across the street. Could use a deep cleaning on floors. And disinfecting to get pet smell out. But would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location and beautiful cottage!

Loved the Cocoa Beach cottage! Beautifully maintained. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and even a cart to carry everything to the beach were provided. Fantastic location close to beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The cottage was beautifully decorated, very clean, and very comfortable. Loved the front porch and the back patio. So much better than staying in a high rise. Hope to stay again sometime.

Beach Cottage

If you are looking for a house near Cocoa Beach this is a nice place located just a block and a half from the beach. The owner and care takers are very prompt to respond to questions and very helpful. The place was impressively clean. The only downside for me was the road noise, particularly in the morning when traffic was heavier. Despite that, I would still recommend this rental for a beach getaway.

Very clean and nice accommodation with everything needed for a great vacation. Less than five minute walk to nice beach on ocean or to various good restaurants/shops. Within hour drive to Orlando/Disney World. Great location for dogs with private fenced in backyard. Would love to return again.

Just off Orlando Ave but felt Calm and had excellent access. Excellent / Helpful resident caretakers. The residence itself was everything we needed. Comfortable for 4 adults. ( 2 would have to sleep on twin beds) add a kid or couch surfer on the couch (pullout). I would have liked a Party size package of Oreos but we just got two small ones. Lots of TV, more than I could figure out. Stay here if it's available! Have a full English breakfast across the street. We got up too late to get one! Cheers!

Very pleasant cottage to stay in . Close to all beaches, restaurants etc. Well maintained. The restaurants in the area are not that dog friendly if you are bringing your pets. We found Cocoa Village very pet friendly.

Cocoa Beach

Our cottage had character, a cute beachy vibe! The beach is a block away, as promised, and it’s easy to carry the chairs and umbrella. There’s also a wheeled cart to take everything to the beach. Our host immediately responded when we had a problem with a malfunctioning umbrella, and a replacement was provided that same day. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and there are two fabulous places for breakfast right down the street. The beach was awesome, not very crowded. We treated ourselves to one night at a nearby hotel so we could enjoy a pool for a couple of days, as we checked in at the hotel early, and hung out at the pool the day we checked out, too. Downtown Cocoa Beach has an old school feel. We had a great beach vacation!

While our family has owned this property for years, we have enjoyed recently renovating this cottage as a vacation rental. I have lived in Cocoa Beach most of my life, both my daughters and I graduated from Cocoa Beach High school (now we have a Seminole in the family!) and we have enjoyed every minute of our laidback lifestyle!

Why they chose this property

We chose to renovate this property and turn it into a vacation rental as the location is spectacular for our Cocoa Beach visitors. Downtown Cocoa Beach is full of excellent restaurants and cafes, all within walking distance from our cottage. The beach is right around the corner, with miles of white sand and smaller crowds, yet we are within walking distance to the best on the beach entertainment whenever the mood strikes you, or just take your shoes off and relax!
