You will enjoy direct Ocean views and amazing sunrises from the balcony and even the couch...!! Located in the heart of Downtown Cocoa Beach, lies this hidden gem!
This is a 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom condo, Newly Renovated!
There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size sofa pullout in the living room. full size kitchen with abundant storage and 2 Amazon Fire Start TV's for your entertainment!
Centrally located so you are within walking distance to a diverse array of dining venues and local entertainment. This location is a busy downtown area. Breathtaking views of the rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center, from the balcony of the condo!
Conveniently located 15 minutes from Port Canaveral Cruise Terminals, 1 hour from Disney & Universal Studios, and only 50 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
Come explore Cocoa Beach has to offer, from relaxing beach days to exciting nearby attractions.

The kitchen has everything you need, stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots & pans, silverware, glassware, dishes and a Keurig coffee maker. The living room besides having an unbelievable view, has a sofa with a pull out Queen memory foam mattress, and a 40in TV with free WiFi. The bathroom has a tiled shower with a stone floor which includes soap, towels and hair dryer.
The bedroom, includes sheets, and pillows. This unit also has a washer and dryer. All units are thoroughly cleaned after all guests.
Outside on our balcony you will find stairs that will take you directly to the beach on your private path. We supply a beach umbrella, beach towels, sand chairs, cooler and boogie boards. The balcony also has a shower, to rinse off after the beach, plus a table with chairs to enjoy your coffee in the morning while you watch our beautiful sunrises.

Love the beach

Owners were very easy to communicate. Location is great. Right on beach and close to restaurants, nightlife. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided were dated. Not enough towels, basic necessities (ie; tp)

Right on the water

Amazing location just steps from the beach and the heart of downtown. Quaint little apartment but had everything we needed for a fantastic stay! Hosts were responsive and accommodating!

Cocoa beach getaway before cruise

Our family stayed here before we left for our cruise, it was a great location to shopping/restaurants/coffee shops/ice cream. It was clean and just as described! We would definitely stay here again

Great access to Cocoa beach!

We were only there for a short stay and loved how close the apartment is to a great restaurant on the beach. Also appreciated the beach umbrella and beach chairs which were provided.

Beach getaway

We really enjoyed our Cocoa Beach getaway! This condo was absolutely perfect. Excellent furnishings and very well kept. Great location right on the beach. Walking distance to some great restaurants. We spent most of our time on the beach and would definitely stay here again. The owners were very communicative and answered some questions we had prior to our stay promptly.

Great little getaway

Cute little condo with great views and location. Everything is in walking distance. Loved being able to sit on the beach and then walk to bars and grab a snack and a cocktail.

The apartment is centrally located in Cocoa Beach with a beautiful beach front view. There were several highly rated restaurants within walking distance. The area is very safe during the day and night. The condo is very clean both inside and out. I rented it because it had a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Air conditioning was very cold. The inside of the apartment was very quiet. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and provided clear instructions for finding and accessing the condo. I had the opportunity to watch a Space X rocket launch at 2:45am. A memorable vacation.

What a view!

Perfect for the two of us - enjoyed not having to drive everywhere - so many options for food, coffee, ice cream and drinks! We were even lucky enough to see a rocket launch!!

Overall we had a great stay and Jean was very communicative and quick to reply when we had issues with WIFI. As mentioned in other reviews, the bed does tend to pull you into the center, my husband messed with the bed frame which seemed to help. Location is great as you are steps from the beach and downtown. That being said, you are able to hear the nightlife.

The view and location are a must see. Easy access to beach. Place exactly as described. Any concerns were addressed timely and appropriately. I would definitely return and recommend. Perfect place to enjoy Cocoa Beach.

New Years trip

The location is great in terms of being right on the beach. Driving through the other lot, listening to the bar at night, and dealing with bar vehicles in the lot was difficult at times but definitely not a deal breaker. Sleeping was a bit tight with tight with four adult sized people but again not a deal breaker. Seeing the ocean, and a launch was amazing and worth the trip!

Gorgeous view!

My brother and I wanted a place that we could watch watch the sunrise. Cozy condo on the beach. Access to the ocean steps from the patio/balcony. Balcony was smaller than I anticipated (may have been my fault-- looked at several properties online before making reservations) but served its purpose-- a place to sit and listen to and see the ocean from the comfort of the condo. Comfortable mattress, well supplied kitchen if you wanted to cook meals, plenty of stools for seating around counter and a separate table. Was exactly what we wanted after 4 days in Orlando.

View was amazing! Close to grocery, neat restaurants, coffee shops. Balcony was relaxing and we sat out nightly. Sunrises were gorgeous. Loud music from surrounding restaurants that did not bother us in the least and actually added to stay. Door dash had a little issue finding us but landmarks around area were good enough they made it there! Communication with host was stellar. Always available to answer questions!

Great ocean view

Nice clean condo, full stocked kitchen and lovely view of the ocean. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony enjoying the view. Close to everything you need, you can walk to restaurants, shops, coffee shops etc.
