All our units are thoroughly cleaned for your protection after all guests leave.
Located in the Heart of Beautiful Downtown Cocoa Beach !!! Only 15 min from Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal..!! Walk to a variety of 25 restaurants, stores, bars,and entertainment. Music at several locations within walking distance. Beautifully decorated, it is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath condo. Kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, glassware, silverware, Keurig coffee maker and pots and pans. Living room has a conversion sofa (full size), 40 in. TV, and free WIFI with a glass sliding door that looks out directly at the ocean.!!

Beautiful bathroom with tiled shower and stone floor includes towels, soap, shampoo and a hair dryer. Bedroom has a queen-bed, TV, dresser. Washer and Dryer in the unit for your use.

Outside balcony with a direct view of the ocean and stairs take you to a private path to the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, boogie boards and umbrella are there for your use. Extremely clean and comfortable unit.

Not great for a family of 4

I’m sure during peak season this would be a lovely place to stay for 2, but our experience did not match previous reviews. Although there was a pullout couch to sleep 2 additional people, the over all accommodations and setup are really geared for 2, not 4. The complex itself did not appear to be well maintained and is located behind a couple of bars. I did not feel safe going outside by myself at night. The condo desperately needed a thorough cleaning. The bathroom light was missing 2 of its 3 bulbs, the fan in the bedroom had an audible click that made sleeping hard. There was a variety of leftover supplies and food in the cabinets and fridge from previous tenets. We finally found 2 wash cloths after we did a load of laundry and found the wash clothes in our clothes. Most of the beach toys/supplies were either broken or rusted. For a pre-cruise stop over it wasn’t bad, but for the price (especially compared to other condos we’ve stayed in for the same price) we felt that this property did not live up to previous reviews not our expectations.

We own JB Shuttle, a small local, personable, transportation company, we have 1 car, Expedition EL and a 15 passenger van. We can help you with your transportation needs. We love meeting people and we also love to go camping and go on cruise's.
