Full Kitchen, linens, towels and beach towels supplied. Beach chairs and umbrellas there for your use. Located in the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach you will also be steps from restaurants, bars and nightlife as well as surf shops and shopping.
Lower level, no stairs and has a designated parking spot...although there is no need for a car being in the heart of downtown. Beach essentials are provided. Use at your own risk.

Great location!

Close to beach, just a super short walk. We loved sitting out on deck at night listening to the waves.

Great stay at Cocoa Beac

We had a great time being so close to the ocean and finding shells. The sunrises were beautiful, and we saw a couple of rockets take off.

Location and amenities were great….BUT…

Unfortunately we had to cut our trip a day short. But overall as far as location, new kitchen, appliances and nice decor. The place is awesome. But the Mattress has got to be replaced and upgraded. It’s hard as a rock and squeaks with every tiny movement. Also the A/C in the living area can not keep up. It was very Hot inside. These two things are very important and I would not come back unless those got fixed. Otherwise it’s a great place on a great beach in a great location.
