On Cocoa Beach, you will enjoy a spacious two bedroom, two bath condo that’s been freshly remodeled. Every unit with a stunning view of the banana river with daily dolphin sightings. There’s something for everyone here within walking distance. Jump in one of the kayak’s and explore the river with the dolphins and Bio Luminescence or walk across the street and enjoy the Country Club Golf Course, featuring an Aquatic Center as well as a Kayaking Club. All right on iconic Minutemen where all the downtown action happens. We go above and beyond with providing kayaks, life, jackets and beach amenities such as beach towels and beach chairs. Arrive by car or boat. dock parking available.

Cocoa Beach stay

Our stay at cocoa beach was amazing. Property was amazing,clean, well maintained and furnished. Of all the places we have stayed at this is probably the best one. Close to the beach. Property is right on the river. Fishing was fun and lots of fish were caught. I highly recommend the property for your stay,we will be returning

Beautiful place Sketchy maintenance guy

Great place just wish the maintenance guy wasn’t so pushy and forgetful. “Forgot,” our check out date and almost walked in on my wife while she was trying to relax. Then told her we had 10 minutes to leave even though we were paid through the night. Slow your roll player. Check your calendar before you stop one job to check on paying clients.

Family reunion

Met my daughter and son in law in Florida. This is a very nice condo with all amenities one could ask for. Very close to Beaches, restaurants and night life. Saw dolphins from the living room window and dock. Kayaks included made for an awesome afternoon. I would highly recommend.

Great Property/Great Location

This property is newly renovated and newly furnished. The manager is friendly and helpful. The view is exceptional, with interesting birds and dolphins.
