Here at the Banana Breeze on Cocoa Beach, you will enjoy a spacious two bedroom, two bath condo that’s been freshly remodeled. Every unit with a stunning view of the banana river with daily dolphin sightings. There’s something for everyone here within walking distance. Jump in one of the kayak’s and explore the river with the dolphins and Bio Luminescence or walk across the street and enjoy the Country Club Golf Course, featuring an Aquatic Center as well as a Kayaking Club. All right on iconic Minutemen where all the downtown action happens. We go above and beyond with providing kayaks, life, jackets and beach amenities such as beach towels and beach chairs. Arrive by car or boat. dock parking available.

Tranquility meets outdoor adventure

My family needed a weekend stay before we embarked on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. We wanted activities to do in the meantime and thought the unit's addition of complementary kayaks would be fun. Much to our surprise, this unit far exceed our expectations. The location was amazing. There was a street art festival setting up the day we arrived with many interesting restaurants nearby. The unit was beautifully decorated. It had all the necessary ammenities and was well maintained with lovely views of the Banana River. The beach was so close with public parking nearby. Most of all, the kayaking was amazing. All of the equipment was well maintained. My family saw dolphins, manatees, and many varieties of birds. It was such a delight to have nature right at our fingertips. We loved the experience so much that we are booking an exclusive trip next year.

Beautiful Oasis!!!

The place was beautifully decorated, with a fantastic view, and immaculately clean!! We saw dolphins swimming from the big front window picture view in the morning. The place had great access to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream shops. We enjoyed kayaking on the banana river just multiple steps from the property. We are already talking about plans to stay again!!

Total Enjoyment

Our only regret is not being able to stay longer! The condo is clean and spacious. Watch pelicans and dolphins out the living room window; or step outside and watch from the dock. Management and neighbors are friendly. Nice neighborhood for long walks, or just a couple miles for long walks on the beach, and plenty of restaurants and happy hours too! Totally enjoyed every day of our month stay.
