Here at Banana Breeze Condominiums we take great pride in your vacation, providing. Professionally remodeled condos with a stunning view of the Banana River. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo will check all the boxes from comfort to style to view and amenities. Providing such things as beach chairs & towels, kayaks, life jackets, outdoor shower and nonstop fun. Enjoy fishing off of one of the docks or kayaking the thousand islands. Hang out with the dolphins as they come in daily to feed, and maybe you’ll see some manatees! Don’t forget to watch the rocket launch from your window or docks. These are all things to enjoy on the property. If that isn’t enough the condos are ideally located for a short walk to the golf course, the aquatic center, or to downtown Cocoa Beach where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping. When you get back to the condo you will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Cocoa Beach has to offer. As the moon rises the bioluminescence will surely be a site to see. We know you will love our home as much as we have. (This is a second floor unit) Please be sure to disclose your pets

In a nut shell, our Vrbo was perfect. The view, the amenities, quality and tastefulness of the decor and furniture. There were even kayaks and paddle boards to use, if we wished! [We had too many other things planned to go kayaking but if we'd have had another couple days, there would've been no stopping my wife!The pictures show the back yard. There truly are dolphins in there. Other wildlife, too. We loved it!

Nice Holiday Stay

My family and I booked this place to visit my brother over Christmas. The inside has been updated and was very clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities needed. We took the kayaks out multiple times on the lagoon, literally in the backyard. Took multiple walks including to the beach (about 1.5 mile down the road). Enjoyed our stay!

Amazing place

This place was stunning! Very clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. We saw dolphins playing, jellyfish, and manatee! Definitely will look into staying again if we make it back!

Wonderful experience

We enjoyed every moment there. We used the kayaks and had a blast. Great communication and recommendations for local spots. We even were able to see the dolphins and manatees right off the dock! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place

The house was very clean , saw dolphins and manatees right outside.but just a heads up wear bug spray if you hang out in the back at night by the water cause you will get bit up.

Every thing was great . Clean when we arrived . Got there earlier then we thought ask for early check in he let us in soon as housekeepers was done . Place was just as in pic . We saw a lot of birds , dolphins , and mommy manatee and a baby things was great .

We really enjoyed our time spent here. Even though it was cool most of our stay it didn’t matter because we could sit inside and watch the dolphins and variety of birds! I love Cocoa Beach and this was a wonderful place to stay!

Don’t second guess, just book it!

From the unlock of the door to the lock at the end, this was the best get away for us! We enjoyed every minute, soaking in the relaxation of watching dolphins, manatees, catfish all from the windows in the living area. For the adventurous folks out there, use one of the kayaks and peacefully paddle along, you will come across some amazing photo ops with manatees following you every step of the way, for those less adventurous- stay on the dock and you’re guaranteed to have one of those beautiful big manatees float on by! The beds in the condo were luxury, the showers- spacious and perfect after long sweaty days in the Florida heat! Kitchen was well stocked for all your cooking needs and if you aren’t into cooking, the recommended places to dine listed at the counter are indeed 10/10! Jazzy’s and Tiny Turtle being our faves. If I kept going on how amazing this place was for us, I’d run out of room. Ron and his family exceeded everything we dreamed of in a Florida vacation.

Exceeded expectations

The property was absolutely amazing, well maintained, and very clean. The condo was fully stocked with all the amenities you need. The kayaks provided were great we really enjoyed paddling around. The property manger was excellent and friendly. He provided great insight on the local area.

Ver nice condo near Cocoa beach

Very nice condo. Newly remodeled. Was perfect for our stay. About 10 min drive to beach. Nice view of banana river. Had everything we needed. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful Oasis!!!

The place was beautifully decorated, with a fantastic view, and immaculately clean!! We saw dolphins swimming from the big front window picture view in the morning. The place had great access to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream shops. We enjoyed kayaking on the banana river just multiple steps from the property. We are already talking about plans to stay again!!

Condo was extremely clean. Loved the choices of tile and colors. Great view of Banana River! Saw the dolphins first night there. It was a very quiet area but close to downtown shoppes and restaurants. Loved it!

Beautiful, Peaceful and Convenient

This is a unique location. It overlooks a beautiful Bay Area. We sat on the dock in the morning and evening. There were so many fish to see, pretty birds and dolphins. We were in the end unit on the 2nd floor. View from big windows is amazing.

The VRBO itself is very nice and nearly updated, the outside of the building could use a little renovation. It would be nice to have a balcony. Sadly, the weather was not very pleasant while we stayed here so we were not able to use the pool or the kayaks. We did watch the Osprey pelicans, diving for fish and also saw a couple of dolphins on the last day. The area itself is very quiet, we did end up renting a car because it was too far away from all the activities that we were wanting to do. We did all feel that the pillows were very flat and could be updated, otherwise the bedding was very nice. There was only hand soap provided so bring all your other shower and hair product necessities,

I really don’t know what could top this stay in Cocoa Beach! The unit was immaculately clean when we arrived, has a great, comfortable set up for a family of 4. The kids were glad they didnt have to share bed like they would in a hotel! And the "adult" bed, OMG, sooooooooo comfortable! IDK What that mattress is made of, but we both had the best sleep in a long time on it! The view of the cove was awesome, I loved having my coffee in the morning with the window opened and listing/watching the bait fish breaking water. We saw dolphins I think every day we were there, so if that's something you dig, I would say its almost a guarantee you'll see them the way those bait fish pile into the cove! The location really cant be beat, if your a light packer, the beach is in walking distance. If you are lugging some stuff the drive anywhere to park at the beach is within 5 minutes. Plenty of restaurants near by, Ron Jon is right down the street. Honestly, I booked this weekend get away because it felt like our family was drifting apart and we needed some quality time together and well all I can say is this did the trick! We all had so much fun and created a lot of great memories. We enjoyed our stay so much we are almost certain we will be back to this property, probably for a week next time because the weekend just wasnt long enough! If you are looking to stay in Cocoa beach, and this unit is in your price range, dont even hesitate, book it now and you will not be disappointed!
