El Cometa. Walk to the beach!

3 minutes walk to the beach. Close to all restaurants, grocery stores, banks, bars. Safe and there is a caretaker at night at the villa. 1 bedroom with king bed and a double sofa bed living room. In a villa with swimming pool. Located in Tamarindo, Guanacaste in Costa Rica, on the Pacific coast. Live your holiday with the locals in complete safety. Ideal for holidays with family or friends. The supermarket (Super Compro) and the doctor are also located on the same street.

Transportation available directly from the condo for some excursions. Check with tour agencies.
You can book your shuttle to the airport as soon as you have your plane tickets on the Liberia Airport website. Tamarindo is 45 minutes from the airport.
A person will greet you when you arrive. I give you her phone number and as soon as you arrive at the airport I will contact you by internet or phone. I am always available to answer your questions in order to enhance your stay and the person who takes care of the handover of the keys as well.

You can spot monkeys and parrots from the balcony everyday. This is not a villa reserve for tourists only. There is some locals and some expats that you can meet during your stay.

Small parking but possibility of parking on the street without problem. You can advise the night security guard to keep an eye on your car at night.

Close to everything with access to the pool.
If you are several people interested in traveling together, let me know because I know several people who rent nearby.

almost a great place to stay

this property was clean-had a well equipped kitchen but seemed to lack some TLC there was little closet space and what there was was taken up by owners stuff there was 1 pair of sheets the terrace chairs were cracked and about to fall apart and because of sticking you practically had to kick the door in to enter shower never completely drains all small fixes when done would improve this place immensely

The stay was somewhat frustrating. Christina, the property manager either didn't answer our inquiries or took quite a bit of time to get back to us. She did have some personal issues later in our stay but she took time returning messages the whole time. We would directly message the owner who would tell us that the manager never got our WhatsApp messages but I sent screen shots of the messages showing where she had replied but never carried forth with our requests. We actually spoke with the previous tenants and they told us the same thing. Christina would let us know that someone was coming by to drop off supplies the next day and it would be several days.(Toilet paper and soap) A sink stopper for the kitchen sink was requested the first week and we never did get one the whole five weeks we stayed. There is an oven but no cookie sheets or other appropriate pans to use. After being told that she would pick up and deliver the day after we mentioned that there was not one. However, after several days of no show we were told to buy disposable tin ones from the store. Our toilet was not flushing properly (we were told by the previous guests that it was already like that for them) and we were told it would take several days to get someone to look at it even after we told her it was completely unusable. We would go down to the pool area one and use that washroom. My husband was finally able to fix it himself and as far as I know no one else came to check on it.
