A lovely 3 bedroom house in beautiful Gold Canyon, AZ. This area is close to wonderful hiking trails, beautiful golf courses, state parks, gorgeous views, and all only 35 minutes from the international airport. The home is very comfortable with a living room/dining combination with a gorgeous view, a king bed in the master with an en suite bathroom, a 2nd guest room with queen bed, hallway 3 piece bathroom, fold out couch in 3rd bedroom, with a small desk and chair, an updated kitchen with filtered drinking / cooking water , dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave and a small eating area , entrance to back yard with patio table and chairs. There is a 2car garage, laundry room, walking trails access adjacent to yard, and a community pool.

Exceptionally clean property. Well equipped kitchen and great beds. Fantastic mountain view from north facing shaded patio.East valley location with close by shopping and dining. Flat terrain walking trails throughout community and only a short drive to Silly Mountain, Peralta and Heiroglifics trailheads. Could not have been more pleased.

Sonoran desert at your doorstep

Great location with the Sonoran desert at your doorstep with an amazing view of superstition mountain from the patio. Minutes and walking distance from the grocery store
