A RARE find not far from city centre Angers and close to all amenities: a 43 m² ground-floor apartment with its own separate entrance and private enclosed garden for exclusive use.

Ideal and very convenient: It offers all the comforts, as well as access to the tram just a few metres away, and all shops within about 300 metres. If you have your own car, the small cul-de-sac next to the apartment is perfect for parking hassle-free and for free.

” apartment With its 43 m², it can accommodate up to 4 people: 2 people in the bedroom (1 140-cm bed) with an en-suite bathroom, and a double sofa bed in the living room. "Comme chez vous" is a pleasant, well-organized, and private place to stay. You’ll feel right at home in this apartment/house with its garden spanning over 80–100 m² where you can enjoy the fresh air.

The apartment is fully equipped for stays of several nights or even longer stays:
-In the bathroom: hair dryer, shampoo, soap (for short stays; after that, it’s up to you to stock up :) )
-In the kitchen, you’ll find a toaster, oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. Instant coffee, tea, and a kettle are also available for breakfast.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

**Laundry detergent tablets, soap, and other supplies are provided for stays of fewer than 4 nights. Beyond that, guests are responsible for bringing their own supplies.

Check-in will be done either in person or via a key box if we are not present, to allow guests the flexibility to arrive at a time that suits them. All details are provided at the time of booking.

*Cleanliness
Please remove your shoes inside the apartment and place them on the small tray provided for this purpose at the entrance to keep the apartment and carpets clean in both summer and winter.

*Housekeeping: Housekeeping is not included in your reservation. We ask that you take care of the apartment during your stay and leave it clean, with the floors swept and the dishes washed, upon your departure. All necessary cleaning supplies are provided. If the apartment is not left in a clean condition upon your departure, you will be charged 50 euros for a professional cleaning.

*Recycling
The dustbin is under the sink, with a green lid. A recycling bin is provided in the kitchen cabinet (yellow lid) for cardboard, paper, and plastics. Let’s think about the environment!

*100% non-smoking property! Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you smoke in the garden, please pick up your cigarette butts and dispose of them in a dustbin, making sure they are completely extinguished. If the apartment is returned with a smoke odour, an additional night’s stay will be required to allow time for the apartment to air out, and you will be charged for it.

*Social
We ask that you respect the other residents of the building who live here year-round: loud music or parties are not permitted.
Parties and gatherings are not allowed in this apartment. It is intended exclusively for the number of people specified on the reservation.

*Food and supplies: restocking
Coffee, tea, and consumables such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc., are provided for all short stays (2–3 nights) so that you arrive at an all-inclusive accommodation :)
For longer stays, we invite you to bring your own supplies or stock up at the shopping centre and nearby stores located 300 metres away (Geant Casino la Roseraie, Action, Lidl, etc.)

The apartment is rented for two people, and we do not accept additional guests—unless prior arrangements have been made for a baby or young child.
