Absolutely lovely experience all the way round!

Our host was so helpful for every aspect of our stay. Any questions we had about the resort she was able to answer while also providing other attractions in the surrounding area. This property is great for memorable family experience.

We had a wonderful stay. Only downside was the Southern Comfort restaurant in the resort. The food was sub par and the service was dismal. Otherwise the resort had great amenities and spacious and comfortable rooms.

Perfect family vacation

From my initial inquiry to the day of check-out, this was an ideal vacation experience for everyone from my one year old up to my parents. Eugenia communicated effectively and efficiently! Our accommodations were beautiful atop one of the Smokey mountains, and the area provided many opportunities to make memories.

Beautiful Resort and Unit!

Our family loved Pigeon Forge - Gatlinburg! The Westgate Resort and our unit was perfect! Scenery was beautiful, our place was clean and really nice, water park was a huge hit with the kids and much more. Eugenia was amazing - very attentive and helpful!

Even better than we could have hoped!

This was the perfect place for our group to stay!! We had 3 families, including 6 kids, and the way the units were “divided”, but also still open to each other was perfect!! Everyone had their own space. We honestly expected something smaller, or not as nice as the picture because that is often “how it goes”, but we were blown away with how NICE and big it was!! We couldn’t believe what we had for the price!! The resort was gorgeous, so many amenities with the pool and water park… also a very short drive to both “downtown” Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. As an owner, Eugenia was the best we’ve ever worked with on VRBO. She communicated regularly, checked in on us before, during, and after our stay…. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. I will absolutely be recommending this place to my friends!!
