Fantastic Villa and hosts

Superb week in lovely accommodation exactly as described. The hosts Laurence and Nicolas were excellent, going out of their way to welcome us even at beyond midnight as our plane was late. They were responsive to all emails and contact and checked in regularly to make sure our stay was going well. Villa is situated in a really quiet corner which makes for a super relaxed stay. Access is easy to Cannes and beyond although the villa was so nice we didn’t go far. South facing garden with beautiful views of the hills and the pool were difficult to drag ourselves away from. The villa has a gym and play area in the basement which kept my girls entertained and fit! The air conditioning is superb! The villa has 2 wonderful cats who are super friendly and come and go without disturbing anyone. Fed in the morning and in the evening they were a great addition to the week. My girls loved them! We would definitely return.

Wir haben als 8-köpfige Familie mit 3 kleineren Kindern einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa von Laurence und Nicolas verbracht.Die Highlights für uns:- Erstklassige Kommunikation mit Laurence und NicolasTolles Haus in ruhiger Lage mit großem Garten zum Relaxen und Spielen, super Pool, der regelmäßig von Nicolas gereinigt wurde, tolle Küche- Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich- 2 pflegeleichte, liebe Katzen, die wir morgens und abends mit bereitgestelltem Futter versorgten - für uns wenig Aufwand und viel Freude- Für uns sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge, je nach Verkehr brauchten wir ca 10 - 15 Autominuten zum Meer,prima Bäcker ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt

Un belle maison où il fait bon vivre pour les vacances !

Parfaitement équipée, cette maison a tout pour faire de vos vacances un parfait moment de détente. — Dans un quartier calme, maison récente, décorée avec goût, les grands espaces sont agréables, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur ! Un espace cuisine ultra bien aménagé et convivial donnant sur une terrasse abritée du soleil. Une piscine grande juste ce qu'il faut pour barboter en ces fortes chaleurs, et surtout un aménagement extérieur très agréable avec les transats, bains de soleil double, hamac... — La clim est un véritable atout. Tout comme la présence d'un Intermarché à littéralement 3 minutes de la maison ! Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter de l'immense télé ou des jeux au sous-sol mais quel que soit votre façon de profiter de vos vacances, vous aurez de quoi faire ! — Les deux chattes sont adorables, très indépendantes et calmes, les nourrir n'a pas été contraignant du tout. — À savoir que l'une des chambres est bien plus petite que les 3 autres, mais elle a la télé. À vous de voir, mais nous l'avons enlevée pour avoir la place de mettre les valises sur le meuble télé. Petit plus, les propriétaires sont très sympas et nous ont accueillis avec des toasts, de la tapenade maison et une bouteille. N'hésitez pas, cette location vous ravira à coup sûr.
