Bait and switch ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

We rented what we thought was a private room. It was advertised as in a private room with private entrance with misleading photos. When it really was a motel of route 15 and was delapodated and dingy looking. Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️ Asking for full refund since I did not stay there and booked another hotel for the two nights I was supposed to stay there.

ROOM WE STAYED IN WAS NOT WHAT WAS PICTURED IN THE LISTING AND COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE CLEANER. OVERALL I ENJOYED THE STAY AND IT WAS A QUIET AREA.

Updates will be ongoing over the next few years, with an inital focus on the mechanical operations as well as updating customer comforts. We strive to provide you with safe, secure and comfortable lodging, yet keep the cost as affordable as possible.

We have recently purchased the biusiness and are excited about the upcoming improvements, as well as future vetures involving the customer experience. Although we are beginning by focusing primarily on necessary mechanical updates to the property, we are anxiously anticipating some other projects that will enhance the customer experience and allow us to remain competitive in the market.
