Discover Saint-Jean-de-Monts with its long sandy beaches and numerous hiking and cycling trails. The apartment is ideally located on the embankment.
Group travel: we have a second 40m² apartment adjoining the apartment, which can accommodate 4 people. The 2 units can be rented simultaneously.


With a surface area of 100m², this apartment can comfortably accommodate 10 people, offering travelers the chance to enjoy an enchanted interlude.

🔹 1 terrace of 40m² with garden furniture: 1 table with 12 chairs + 1 bench + 2 sunbeds as well as a barbecue. The outdoor area has a pergola.

Please note: We would like to point out to travelers that parties and soirées are strictly forbidden in order to respect the place and the neighboring dwelling.

🚗 Parking available on parallel streets or on the embankment. The street in front of the dwelling is not accessible to cars in summer as it has been transformed into a pedestrian street. Parking may be difficult in summer.

GROUP TRAVEL :
We have a second 40m² apartment for 4 people in the same building.
Group trips can therefore be more enjoyable by booking nearby accommodation, for greater conviviality.

NOTES:
The apartment is located in a 2-family property. The entrance is on the courtyard side, part of which is shared by the 2 units.
