GREAT LOCATION

I traveled alone for a week and the stay was great. Great location, friendly helpful staff. Bus friendly walkable neighborhood...will be back for another stay soon!!!

Perfect pick-stop on Waikiki

Good place to have a pick-stop un Waikiki, enjoy the beach and the waterfront road. Noisy and not much cleaness, but ok for a quick stay.

Short break with Friends

Overall the property was good - The room although dated was clean and comfortable, only complaint is the shower only had warm/hot water some of the time. The daily snack packs were handy and the location was brilliant.

Great central location, good staff.

Busy hotel and location, but an excellent central location for beach, food, entertainment and shopping. Parking is expensive at $45 per day, but it is necessary unfortunately, due to the central city location. It's not a fancy place and the rooms are small, but there are 3 beds to cater for families and the water pressure and hot water temperature/speed was the best in all our travels. The safe was broken and the fridge didn't close properly, but otherwise, a good experience.

Filthy room

On a good note, the staff were super! The room however was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. From dirty sheets on one of the beds to used towels with brown streaks to dead bugs smashed on the wall to drapes that are black across the bottom to mold, mold , mold! I took pics if anyone is interested

Not as advertised

Room was old and in disrepair. Very small and shabby. Could not cook in room since there was not a pot or a pan. Very little soap or shampoo. We had to purchase everything. Pool area was not very nice. No beach towels provided. Only good thing was proximity to the beach. I do not recommend this place. Pictures on website are very deceiving.

ROOM HAD ROACHES

We checked into the hotel once we landed and noticed that the rooms were not like the images at all. Everything was old and beat down. To make things worse we noticed that there were roaches everywhere. We had to cancel our stay there and find a new hotel that same night.

Sale et vieux mais bon employé et localisatoln

Nous avons dû changer de chambre car nous avons découvert apres 2 nuits que la porte ne se fermait pas (il suffisait de pousser un peu pour que n'importe qui rentre). On a eu des cafards, la chambre faisait sale et tout était beaucoup plus abîmé et vieux (très usé même), particulièrement la salle de bain qui était très désagréable. Nous avons eu des draps déchirés, les serviettes et les poubelles n'étaient pas changer tous les jours, des fois oui, des fois non.Heureusement les employés ont été super et nous ont fait changer de chambre. On a toujours été bien accueilli, le personnel est très bien. L'emplacement est genial aussi. C'est idéal pour profiter de waikiki.
