The kitchen has ample space for meal prep and cooking, while the multiple dining areas and breakfast bar provide seating for groups large and small. The home features a sun-kissed Carolina Room with stunning views of the pool and golf course. The upper level has 4 bedrooms and the lower level has 3 bedrooms to allow for large families or even multiple families to spread out and relax. Much of the furniture throughout the home is new.

For those hopefully rare moments in which you must work on vacation or if you are "working from anywhere" for an extended period of time, the home has a dedicated executive office with a door, ethernet access, full keyboard, monitor and an office quality printer/copier/scanner/fax. The home has blazing fast 1,000 mbps (1 gigabyte) WiFi, for when you want to stream your favorite TV shows and movies from the multiple Samsung SmartTVs throughout the home, or if you want to go live on Instagram #getawaysociety #piratesoak.

The backyard is a resort in every sense of the word! The oversized 25 ft x 45 ft pool overlooks the 15th hole of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. You’ll love lounging poolside or on the hammock as the sea breeze rustles through the trees. At night the illuminated pool, nightscaping in the trees, and the fire pit will truly transform you into another world.
