Here is a detailed floor by floor description of the house

The Ground Level - On this level you will find a two car garage. This level also has the pool, covered lanai, grilling area, outdoor seating, dining table for 8+ and a full bathroom, and Television.

The First Floor - This is the main living level of the house where you will find the first bedroom of seven bedroom suites, the living room, dining area that seats 17, kitchen, and guest bathroom along with a covered porch. The first floor bedroom on this level has a king bed (sleeps 2).

The Second Floor - This level has four bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. Two bedrooms have a King bed (sleeps 2). The two other bedrooms have a King Bed with a full bunk (sleeps 3+). One of the king bedrooms has a bathtub in the ensuite. The laundry room is located on this level.

The Third Floor - This floor has two bedrooms with private baths, and a large sundeck. The third floor Master Bedroom/Family Suite has a king bed, 2 queen bed bunks along with a full size bed (Sleeps 7+). The other bedroom on this level has two queen beds and one twin (Sleeps 5).


Overview of The Singleton Beach Community

Although the home designs may be reminiscent of traditional Charleston architecture, the Singleton Beach Community is actually one of the youngest seaside communities on Hilton Head Island. Located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surfwatch Resort, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. Whether you choose to make the scenic walk to Collier Beach (approximately 700 yards) or take the beach shuttle*, old and young alike are sure to be pleased by our beautiful white sand beaches and relatively small crowds year-round. When it’s time to take a break from the sun, be sure to drop by “Coco's on the Beach” to grab a refreshing frozen drink or a quick bite to eat- all without leaving Collier Beach! Aside from the beach, Chaplin Oceanside Park is located a mere 100 yards away and houses a multitude of tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, and soccer fields, as well as a playground, dog park, and restrooms. *There is a complimentary golf cart beach shuttle service exclusive to this community. It runs Memorial Day to Labor Day (Sunday through Friday 9am-5pm, weather permitting). The driver is in the community waiting on your call. He will pick you up at the house and take you back and forth to the beach as often as you like.

**The town hosts a number of events and festivals throughout the year, including a firework display every Tuesday night during the summer that is best viewed from the Shelter Cove Community Park directly behind Shelter Cove Towne Center.
