3 Surf Watch Way, Hilton Head is a 4,450 square foot home, located just steps from Burke's Beach, boasts an open concept floor plan perfect for entertaining. Enjoy family movie nights in the media room on the 2nd floor, equipped with a large flat-screen TV and recliners. The garage features a putting green, foosball table, air hockey, and arcade machine with over 25 games. Outside, the massive patio includes an outdoor bar, dining table, pool, and hot tub seating 6 comfortably. This house is the ideal vacation spot in Hilton Head. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, 3 Surf Watch Way offers the ultimate vacation getaway.

FREE activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one free round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one free round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bike from Island Cruisers to start your stay.

PICKLEBALL Vacation Homes of Hilton Head has a premiere partnership with Dill Dinkers, Hilton Head's Newest Indoor Pickleball Facility! All guests will receive membership level benefits for the duration of their reservation!

Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made..

Nice house especially for multiple families. Kids loved the game area. Carpet is in rough shape and needs to be replaced, but other than that clean. Rooms are huge, so we all felt like we had our own space which was very nice.

Beautiful, well-appointed home close to everything

The house is beautiful and well-appointed. The rooms are spacious, and the spaces are well-designed for multiple people. There were 8 of us, and the house was beyond ample. Easy walk to the beach, the park, and even putt putt golf. Would definitely visit again.

Great House

The house was amazing and just as described. The close proximity to the beach was very nice and the open areas in the house were great. The hot tub and out door bar area were definitely a bonus. Would recommend to anyone.

Guys Golf Trip

House was fantastic, really nice area with proximity to most of the island within 10 minutes. Pool, hot tub, and outdoor bar area were really special. Lots of tv's which was great and plenty of seating and beds. The basement garage area was an entertainers paradise and really a great add.
