This house was just what we needed for our extended family vacation. The kitchen was well equipped and the open family room area was perfect for everyone to hang out. We utilized the ping pong table downstairs and the pool was nice to relax in after spending time at the beach. Our grandchildren loved sleeping and playing in the bunk bed rooms, which are conveniently located on the main floor. Instructions for accessing the property were clear and simple to follow. The owner was available via VRBO messages when we had a couple of questions. This is a great property that I highly recommend.

Everything is good a bout this home, location being #1, and Martin the host was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this property for any group with kids.

6 golf buddies stayed here and were duly impressed. The house is massive and was spotlessly clean. Fantastic pool and hot tub. Like a 2 minute walk to the massive beach. Great location too. Everything you could want for restaurants & bars are two miles away at most. Communication with Martin was fantastic. He responded to all of our needs very quickly. Will definitely stay here again.

Buckeyes visit HHI

29 Sandpiper has a wonderful location, very close to the beach, a short bike ride to Coligny shops and restaurants. The house is spacious, was very clean and filled the needs of our 14 family members. The pool and hot tub were very nice and maintained very well. The host was outstanding, kept us informed about everything with constant communication. Our stay was simply a great experience.

Wonderful home for 3 generations.

The home was wonderful. The large open area with kitchen, dining room, tv area and sitting area was perfect for our large 3 generation family. The pool was very private with lovely landscaping and a very short walk to the beach. The communication with the owner, Martin, was great. The property managers were very pleasant and responsive to a couple of questions that we had.

We had a great week staying at 29 Sandpiper. Martin was extremely quick to respond to all communication before and during the trip! Plenty of space in the house and around the pool. Close walk to the beach. There were multiple items under the house that either the owner provided or were left by other guests that might be useful for pool/beach….tubes to float on, beach chairs, etc. Gave four stars for cleanliness only due to the carpet needing replaced. It is pretty stained and definitely has outlived its useful life in my opinion. Decking also has seen better days…we made our kids wear sandals to ensure they wouldn’t get splinters because of the weathered wood. Only other useful bit of info that might help others is to possibly bring an iron if you are needing to iron any clothes. The one at the house wasn’t working for us the night we did family pics. None of these items affected our stay or would prevent us from renting again…more just helpful info. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great home plenty of space. Short walk to beach. Very clean and everything we needed. Communication with host was good. You can only use so if you pay to heat the whole pool which you do not need heat in summer. We had a great family trip!
