We recently stayed at this private, luxury suite in Bellevue. Kremena, the host, was so accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect for us and the suite was very clean and well stocked. Kremena did a great job of making sure our stay was a positive one It’s very close to awesome restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the eastside of Seattle.

Exceptional!!!

This place was great for me!! It was quiet, had everything I needed, and it was close to the venue. Also it was nice to have a mall so close by. I enjoyed walking throughout the neighborhood. As the adjustable bed was a surprise. Definitely used that the whole trip. Overall great place

Quiet, Clean, Convenient

In Bellevue for a conference and looking for an affordable option near the host hotel. This location was a short walk to hotel, food/shopping tuck d away in a very quiet neighborhood. The host was AMAZING! It was nice to chat in property occasionally. The room is perfect. The host left specific instructions on how to operate all of the amenities. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay again. 10/10

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Owner gave us her cell number and responded immediately when we had a question. She even called the cable company to come over right away to fix the television issue. Owner was very friendly and greeted me every time our paths crossed. Since I stayed 12 nights, it would have been nice to have just one bedding change for that length of time.

An unfortunate experience

Although the location and price of this VRBO were both great, I would not recommend staying here. The room was very humid, even with the provided dehumidifier running, which caused everything to be damp and a significant amount of water to pool on the floor. Although the listing shows the patio and pool, the owner and her friends/family were utilizing them most nights so we did not have access. The owner showed me where we could park our car in a video prior to our arrival but had her car parked there during our stay. We found a different spot in the driveway, but she texted asking for me to come outside so she could show me how to park. Again, the location is great and we enjoyed walking to downtown Bellevue, but other than that, we were very disappointed.

In response to your review, and to all my future guests who may read this response. 1. The parking lot - You rent a room with a private entrance - you don't rent the whole house, there is room for 4 cars in my parking lot and I think it's absolutely normal to ask me where it's convenient to park, you parked in the middle of the entrance and took two parking spaces , I am explaining to each of my guests how to park so they to have the easiest possible entry and exit , and also because the day I text to you to move the car and explain to you where to park, I had a schedule appointment for installation of new water heater, and expecting a big track and you was park on the middle of the drive way. 2. About the humid - The room was renovated a few years ago with the best quality insulation materials, there are 3 options to air out the room and it is absolutely normal to have steam in the air after two people take in a shower, but also absolutely normal to ventilate the room - to open the pretty big window in the bathroom or to use the vent in the bathroom, you can also can open the window in the room, which you didn't do any of this 3 options , you decided to use the air purifier and dehumidifier that I bought for my guests three years ago because of the smoke from the forest fires, there is no way you can ventilate the room with only this little machine and I was very disappointed because when I went to the room after you left the container of the machine was overflowing and there was a lot of water on the floor which you should have informed me about IMMEDIATLY because it could have caused damage the floor and I have the right to report it as a damage due to your negligence. But Thanks FOR your review I will now write in the instructions where my guests can park and how to ventilate the room. 3. Regarding the use of the patio furniture, on my listing doesn't say that my guests can use it, but I have asked you several times, if you have any questions or concerns to let me know and you can contact me at any time, I have no way of knowing if you want to use the pool or patio as it is not private only for the room you rent.

We had an extended stay at this Bellevue VRBO and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The living space was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped for a long-term visit. The kitchen had everything we needed for daily cooking, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the outdoor patio was incredible.The location is fantastic! It is close to grocery stores, parks, and great dining options, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. We always felt safe walking around, even late in the evening.What made this an exceptional stay was the host Kremina! She was responsive, friendly, and proactive about making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. She truly treated us like family! Any questions we had were answered quickly, and check-in/check-out were seamless.Overall, this VRBO made our time in Bellevue incredibly comfortable. We are returning guests because of our amazing host and this beautiful property. We will be returning again soon! If you're needing a place to stay in bellevue, we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed long-term rental.
