I am pleased to welcome you in my sublime studio of 33 square meters with GARDEN, TERRACE and WIFI, located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. It will be perfect for a quiet vacation, with family or friends and can accommodate 3 people.
You will stay in a peaceful area, 5 minutes by car from the city center.

## Logement
My studio is charming and well-equipped, it will be perfect for vacations with family or friends! It can accommodate 3 people and is composed of a living area with a television, a double bed and two sofas for children up to 14 years old; a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area to take your meals; and a clean shower room. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron. You will also have a terrace, where you can take your aperitifs in the peace; and a pretty garden offering a magnificent view on the mountain! You will stay 15 minutes from the ski resort of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, where you can practice various activities such as: skiing, sledding, carriage rides, snowmobiling... You can also reach the ski area of the Evasion Mont Blanc via the ski lifts. A spa is located 9 minutes away by car. It is a popular place that invites you to discover its exceptional water and soothing environment for moments of well-being. Also, the Aquatic Center of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains is 5 minutes away from the accommodation. This one allows a multitude of activities: swimming pool, balneo, fitness, aquabike... Restaurants are nearby. They will welcome you with a smile to savor local cuisine and others! For your daily shopping, you will find a Carrefour express and the Petit Casino, respectively 9 and 11 minutes away by car. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

## Emplacement
In winter, Saint-Gervais has two ski areas and more than 500 km of trails in the heart of an exceptional environment. Whether you are a fan of downhill skiing, snowshoeing, ski touring or just enjoying the snowy landscape, you are bound to find something to please you. You can ski down to the foot of the building to reach the BETTEX cable car. In summer, Saint-Gervais is a paradise for nature lovers. Hiking, climbing, via ferrata, swimming pool, mountaineering, mountain biking, tennis, paragliding, bungee jumping... Young and old alike, take a deep breath of fresh air in the heart of the mountains and the mountain pastures. Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc is not only about sports, it is also about culture and discovery. Two baroque churches among the most recognized in the region, two museums, artists' residences and art exhibitions throughout the year.
