The bright and comfortable gîte n°1 with a surface area of ​​30 m².
A bedroom, a kitchen and a lounge area.

The gîtes and guest rooms are located in an old barn dating from 1850, completely restored. The geographical location of the "l'Érable" complex is in the heart of the Alsace vineyard in Beblenheim.

It is therefore 10 minutes from Colmar and 45 minutes from Strasbourg and Mulhouse that our peaceful village is nestled. Rich in architectural and historical heritage, with its beautiful landscapes, Alsace from Beblenheim is an ideal and central place to stay for all circuits, activities and visits.

A real tourist epicentre in Alsace, Beblenheim offers rapid access to all axes and the three borders and can be visited in no time. We are close to the nearby historic cities of Kaysersberg (most beautiful village in France 2017), Kintzheim, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé and Bergheim.

Thus, peacefully, located at the foot of the Sonnenglanz hillside (sunshine), our accommodations will bring you peace and quiet and pleasure throughout your stay.

Geburtstag im Elsass

Es war insgesamt sehr schön !Ausstattung war gut. Alles da, was man braucht. Ausser, dass ein Tuch zum wischen und ein frischer Spülschwamm fehlte. Es war nur ein, schon sehr gebrauchter da. Und da wir erst samstags um 18 Uhr ankamen, konnten wir leider nicht mehr einkaufen. Der Kühlschrank hätte ebenfalls etwas sauberer sein können.Von daher auch Preis/ Leistung für 100 Euro pro Nacht, nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen. Auf meinen Hinweis bei der Buchung, dass wir den Geburtstag meines Mannes dort feiern würden, wurde nicht reagiert. Schade.Trotzdem ein schönes Apartment, um die wirklich zauberhaften Ortschaften, in der Umgebung, zu erkunden.

Guten Morgen, Vielen Dank für diese 4 Sterne nach Ihrem Besuch bei uns. Um auf einige Details zurückzukommen: In unseren Unterkünften stehen zwei saubere Geschirrtücher und ein Schwamm zur Verfügung, die wir zwischen unseren Mietern nicht reinigen. Beim Kühlschrank kann es sein, dass noch 1/2 Flecken vorhanden sind, was uns sehr leid tut und oft durch Abnutzung und Desinfektionsmittel entsteht. Der Preis für das Ferienhaus, in dem Sie übernachtet haben, beträgt im Jahr 2025 85 €/Nacht (Preis auf unserer persönlichen Website überprüfbar), alles andere sind nicht unsere Kosten, sondern die „Servicegebühren und Steuern für Reisende“, die Ihre Buchungsplattform hinzufügt. Ich habe Ihnen persönlich zweimal eine E-Mail geschickt, die erste Nachricht nach Ihrer Reservierung und der Geburtstagsankündigung, die zweite Nachricht ist 4 Tage vor Ihrer Ankunft. Antworten Sie uns einfach direkt, wenn Sie etwas organisieren möchten oder Ideen brauchen. Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihren Besuch und dafür, dass Sie unser Haus in seiner ganzen Pracht wertschätzen. Enjoyable stay

Stayed for 2 nights in a studio. Studio was well laid out and provided everything you need. Location in Beblenheim village was great. Nice village with local wineries and couple restaurants. Was great to walk the dog around the vineyards surrounding the village. Easy drive into Colmar and plenty to see in the surrounding area. All in all a nice stay.
