Really cool location, surrounded by cows and beautiful views! We loved how serene and isolated it felt, even though everything you might need is less than 15 minutes away. The house is roomy, and the updated appliances were really great. If you're going to cook a lot, you may want to bring any specialty tools, as the kitchen included just the basics.

Thank you for the review. I will talk to the owner about "updating the kitchen tools".
The property is amazing. Great layout and a fantastic view, 360°.
The house itself could use a little work. A lot of spiders and cob webs. Some of the doors were hard to open and close. Minor stuff.
We used house as a base camp for activities in Monterey and Santa Cruz. Drive was between 45 to 55 minutes, but pleasant. And to come home to the top of the Hill and overlook the Valley below was amazing.
The location and views of this property were perfect for our family’s stay over the holidays this year! The living area is spacious and the comfortable sectional sofa provided plenty of room for our group of 6. The views are INCREDIBLE from every window and we absolutely loved the deer who visited every morning, and the two tables & chairs + large outside spaces for socializing were perfect for us. Beds were comfortable, too. The wood-burning fireplace added ambiance. We were unable to raise 3 of the blinds but communication with the property manager was swift and she assured us they are being replaced with new blinds. There was broken glass on an outside patio, but we found a broom and took care of that easily. Other minor fixes that could make a stay more enjoyable: More linens (we didn’t find washcloths until our last day - they were in the dryer), filling in the gaps in dishes/glassware (there were only 3 coffee cups), more kitchen towels and paper towels, and a table in the living area. On our last day it poured rain and a mat at the front door would’ve been helpful as rain came in while we were leaving. All minor things. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful trip!

So glad you enjoyed your visit. Thank you for letting us know about the missing dishware. We were able to get up there and replace the missing items. Unfortunately, you experienced our home during one of the worst storms our area has seen in a while. Flashings were blown off the roof causing the water to leak directly onto the front door. Our maintenance guys braved the weather and were able to replace the flashings and stop all of the leaks. It actually got worse after you left. Happy to say it has been leak free since the repair. Glad our wildlife neighbors kept your company. Please come visit us again. Happy New Years !

This is a beautiful spot and a perfect location if you want to go to the Renaissance fair and Casa d
Be careful with the steps leading down to the garage. I have the same type of set up at my house and I don’t think it’s regulation. I fell down and spraying both my ankles.
This was a great and wonderful location in the country, away from the city noise, replaced by the sounds of cows, chickens, roosters and goats and crickets in the night, beats the sounds of the city. The views are amazing and plenty of space to enjoy them from, we were able to entertain family with a spacious and wonderful house and property. Completely Satisfied.
We had a nice time at this home with scenic views including farm animals. We also enjoyed playing basketball out front. Property manager was responsive and helpful.
Seems this property is only available until the end of May. If you're reading this and want a great get away with family or friends - rent this place. Amazing views...great space to have a get together. No coffee maker??? Bring a french press - it's worth it!!!
