Tres bon sejour à Ile Rousse en famille.Appartement tres spacieux et tres bien équipé ( il nous a juste manqué un grille pain).La terrasse etait tres appréciable. La vue nous faisait oublier la route en contrebas

Appartement impeccable idéalement placé et très bien équipé. Un seul inconvénient est la route très passante située proche. Mais l'avantage c'est de pouvoir rayonner facilement tout autour : calvi, lumio, saint Florent, route des artisans de la Balagne etc.Nous recommandons sans hésiter

Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, die am Hang liegt. Die Kommunikation lief nur auf französisch, aber sehr freundlich.

Détente et confort à l'Ile-Rousse

Bel appartement, neuf, très spacieux et équipé de tout le confort. Emplacement idéal pour visiter les plages. Laissez-nous vous donner un conseil : il n'y a qu'une seule table sur le balcon pour manger, dans la maison il y a un snack mais avec seulement deux tabourets. Il serait conseillé de mettre au moins trois tabourets (un peu plus haut, avec les deux qui sont là vous n'atteindrez pas le niveau snack) ou, si vous le souhaitez, même une table à manger à l'intérieur.

Bonne location

Appartement très propre et bien situé par rapport à la proximité du centre ville mais le pendant négatif est qu’il est juste à côté de l’axe principal très emprunté donc très bruyant. A part le soir quand la circulation était moins dense, nous n’avons pas profité de la terrasse. Équipements corrects mais manque une table supplémentaire pour pouvoir manger à l’intérieur sans avoir à rentrer la table extérieure et inversement. Compte tenu du standing (logement neuf, spacieux donc prix en adéquation) un jeu de deux serviettes par personne serait le bienvenu. En résumé très bel appartement mais trop bruyant pour nous qui recherchions le calme pendant nos vacances.

Bonjour Madame, bonjour Monsieur. La résidence PAOLINA se trouve sur les hauteurs de L'Ile Rousse et elle est desservie par la route de Calvi. Notre appartement n'est pas en bordure de route mais en retrait. La route se trouve en bonne partie cachée par des arbres (oliviers et sapins). La résidence est proche du centre du village de L'Ile Rousse, du port et l'embarcadère pour les ferries. L'Ile Rousse, joli village de plus en plus fréquenté est apprécié pour son dynamisme (son marché sous les halles, le train des plages, les rues avec ses commerçants, ses restaurants, ses plages ...) ; ce qui permet de passer un agréable séjour. Concernant le souhait d'une table en intérieur, nous allons y réfléchir. Nous avons la chance d'avoir une jolie terrasse de 19 m² couverte pour pouvoir profiter de la vue mer. Lors de notre emménagement, nous avons souhaité privilégier un salon de jardin de qualité pour pouvoir conserver une pièce de vie épurée. Sur le souhait d'un jeu de serviettes de toilettes pour 4 personnes, nous sommes attentifs à cette remarque. Sur votre inventaire, ne figurait pas les serviettes de toilettes mais nous avons gracieusement mis à votre disposition quelques serviettes à votre arrivée. Bien à vous. Séverine et Antony
