30 minutes from Pau-Est, 8 km from Morlaas, recently renovated gite on the first floor of the owners' house. Access by outside staircase. Veranda: dining area, lounge area with insert fireplace and TV. WIFI connection. Equipped kitchen area (microwave and electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher). Adjoining storeroom (fridge-freezer). 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Beds made for your arrival, towels provided. Shower room (shower, washbasin in cupboard and separate wc). Electric heating at extra charge. Wood provided at an additional cost. Washing machine on the ground floor in the garage. Large enclosed garden 3000 m2, garden furniture, gas plancha. Courtyard closed by gate for car parking. A small, comfortable, and affordable upstairs cottage for a peaceful stay near the town of Pau.
