3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lock off unit option. Villa has full kitchen, living room with pull sofa bed, and laundry room. Resort tax fees are the responsibility of the renter and paid at check in to the resort. They are about $12/ night plus a $25 resort tax. Surf club Marriott is perfectly located the high rise section walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is an oceanfront property with a lazy river and swim bar on property.
