Super Beautiful Art Deco Home in Country Club Area. Easy Access to Freeway, Ski Resorts, Sugarhouse and University Areas. Super Quiet Home. All Bedding including Duvet Covers are switched out and laundered between Guest Stays. This Unique Home has really Nice Natural Lighting and a Nice Flowing Floor Plan. Big Family Room Downstairs with oversized comfortable couch to kick back in after a day of Playing. Part of the basement ceiling do have areas of low clearance. The kitchen is well stocked and many of the appliances and kitchen cooking items are new. All Appliances are high end Bosch. The Home is Spotless and ready for your Arrival. Large fully fenced yard.

Great stay

This property was perfect - great location. Super safe neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen and loved sectional sofa downstairs… comfy place to hang with our family.

Fantastic location and space!

We loved this house! so great to have multiple spaces, three washrooms, and a great kitchen. Everything was comfortable and we all were able to sleep very well. Super convenient location, good parking and a wonderful back yard for enjoying the snow. Karen was responsive and helpful. Lots of books, games and art to keep you entertained. Small note that the side door is a bit challenging to navigate and should be done carefully. Steps going up and down and an inward-opening door. Overall, totally fine and understandable with older houses but notable when carrying luggage. The stairs are a bit shallow.

Why they chose this property

This Art Deco home is in an upscale and quiet neighborhood with very convenient freeway, U of U and ski canyon access. The beds are all high end and very comfortable and we have duvet covers over all the comforters that are switched out and laundered between guest stays. All the very nice and comfortable pillows have pillow protectors as well as pillow cases for extra guest protection. The home is very well insulated and super quiet. The home also has an extra large back yard if you have kids that like to run around. You will love it. Promise! Karen Porter

Lots of original art from around the world, this Art Deco home was once Evans primary residence so the kitchen appliances are high end BOSCH. The home is really much nicer then typical vacation rentals.
