Very good experience

Large property with many amenities, like swimming pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, gym, etc. Very convenient location, easy access to the beach especially with tram availability. I would definitely recommend for a family vacation or just a place to relax and recharge.

Great getaway!

Apt. Was clean and ready at arrival. Perfect for a couple. Staff was so kind. Loved the amenities and the tram was a plus at the end of a hot day at the beach. Booked our next stay for the Sea Colony before we left.

Great place for a great time!!!

This house is perfectly located in the Sea Colony Resort. About an 8 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the tennis center. The house was clean, the furniture iswasin good shape and the bed and pillows were comfortable! The kitchen was well furnished. The patio was a great place to have ours meals. Everything was functioning as it should. We had a great time and we would recommend without hesitation.

The condo is nice and bright and greatly located. Close to the beach and across one of the pools. The kitchen is well supplied with all manner of cooking

Comfortable & clean

This updated unit was bright, airy, and comfortable. Had all the basics, I especially the well-stocked kitchen supplies (pots & pans). Only downside is deck with no view, and so enclosed it was too hot to be out there during my stay (compared to other units, which were more open). Great location next to pool, but pool was closed as they were short-staffed, which was a bummer. But overall a great unit, and they did a great job on their renovation. Oh - and the shuttle from this location to beach was *only* the enclosed van, not the tram, so, for covid-reasons, did not use it. In a more "usual" year, the pool & van would likely be more available - wasn't the owners' fault. But if I knew, might have chosen a different location.
