Charming gite in the heart of the Beaujolais

The cottage is rated 3 stars and certified Gîte de France 3 épis. The property can be rented for groups of up to 14 people (5 double beds and 2 sofa beds).

Ideal for family or friends gatherings or for accommodating your wedding guests.

It is a 240m² village house built in Pierres Dorées stone, completely renovated into 5 large apartments (25-38m²). Each has its own bathroom and toilet.

It also has a large room on the ground floor with an open kitchen and large sofas, where you can enjoy meals together or relax.

There is also a lounge area on the first floor with sofas, a large TV, and a magnificent view of the Beaujolais mountains.

This is a village house with no outdoor space, but it is next to the beautiful terrace of the Café Restaurant La Feuillée on the village square. Nearby, you will find green spaces with picnic tables.

The building is located near the vineyards, in the heart of the village of Theizé, one of the most beautiful villages in the Beaujolais region.

Nearby, you will find an organic artisan bakery, an organic grocery store, a café-restaurant with a terrace, a hairdresser, an art shop, and more.

You are also close to hiking trails, the Château de Rochebonne, the Château de Rapetour, vineyards, and more.

This was the perfect location for a gathering of extended family over the winter holiday. A beautiful and welcoming village that was a great place for day trips into Lyon, exploring Beaujolais wines, and enjoying this region.

Beautiful Theize

We booked the whole accommodation for 3 weeks and although owner was very helpful when asked mainly, we had to request linen changes and adequate cleaning supplies, we had to provide own toilet paper and bin liners. A car is a necessity as laundromat and supermarket are 4 kilometres away. The village is superb, great walks, a great local restaurant with several surrounding wonderful villages.
