Rental car 🚙 also available. Baby equipment available free of charge on request. Our concept mixes the luxury of a hotel suite, the services of a guest house and the freedom of furnished accommodation. The Maisonette sleeps 4. It is ideal for a couple or a family with 2 adults and 2 children max. (Supplement to be expected if 4 adults). Possibility to rent a car (Dacia Duster Family category, almost new vehicle, 2021, with Premium All risks Zero deductible etc. insurance ideal for the roads of Corsica).
- Furniture and equipment of La Maisonnette: in the main room double bed (160 x 200) (Simmons bedding), bedside tables and large chest of drawers, wardrobe, safe, lounge-TV area (large flat screen, package of channels with Netflix etc.), dining area for 4 and superb open kitchen, fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven/microwave, fridge + freezer, juicer, filter coffee maker, Espresso coffee maker... Appliances Smeg, Miele...). Also available safe, 2 luggage racks, hairdryer, drying racks, iron, folding chairs, cooler and parasols for the beach and everything you might need! ON MEZZANINE (Attention! This is not a closed room): 2 90 x 200 twin beds (Drouault bedding) which can form a large double bed (180 x 200) + plenty of storage. For babies, available on request (free of charge): Travel cot, high chair, safety gate and co-sleeping cot.
Outside: superb terrace with barbecue and dining area, a garden with lounge and a wooden terrace with 2 comfortable deckchairs + outdoor shower, to enjoy a private solarium in a quiet green setting. Absolute comfort inside and out for this little corner of paradise in a residence with a magnificent wooded park of more than five hectares (with tennis court and pair of rackets available), a few steps from the sublime bay of Santa Giulia with its beaches with crystal clear waters and straw huts. Private parking space right next to La Maisonnette. Several restaurants, straw huts and mini-market accessible a few minutes walk. Various water activities. We will be there to welcome you and give you advice for good addresses/excursions, restaurants, visits... We offer rides at preferential rates in our 7-meter semi-rigid zodiac, for excursions and swimming in paradisiacal places. Golf courses a few minutes away by car, horse/pony rides on the beach, boat rental, jet-skiing, sailing, diving, water sports, sea excursions... The unmissable Bonifacio is 25 minutes away by car, the centre of Porto-Vecchio 10 minutes away. The location is therefore ideal for visiting South Corsica and especially enjoying the most beautiful beaches (Rondinara, Palombaggia...). The icing on the cake: we offer private sea trips in our zodiac (7 metres) at preferential rates, to discover the surrounding beaches and paradisiacal coves to swim! You will only want to go back as soon as possible! ATTENTION: ⚠️ In July-August arrivals-departures are only on Saturdays (from Saturday to Saturday). Your reservation will only be confirmed after contacting us. The price includes bath linen and bed linen. Possibility of beach 🏖️ towels at an additional cost on request. Cleaning is to be paid extra, directly on site, according to the rates in force. A DEPOSIT check (not cashed) in the amount of 600 Euros is to be given on arrival, returned after the inventory of fixtures. (Our friends) pets are not accepted.
