The view was great! Third floor ocean view was enjoyable. The cost was competitive. Address doesn’t work from email provided. Dirty dishes had to be reported to mgmt company. Bed doesn’t have support. Feels like a safe in the middle. No staff on site to address issues. Not enough towels for a 5 day stay. No mention of a fee to park a bike trailer and not allowed to unload and park it elsewhere. Security doesn’t know the correct check in process. Kept telling me I needed to perform action at the office next door. Drawers need repaired in entertainment center. Would I repeat stay? Most likely due to the view and cost. I would need to bring other supplies.

As mentioned on our listing, there is one vehicle maximum allowed per reservation and unfortunately, parking of boats, trailers, or RVs on the property is not allowed. To clarify, we provide the parking info within your check-in email which is sent out 24 hours prior to arrival. unit and listing/comm details need work

Communication/cleanliness: Received at least 3 texts/Emails that we could not check in before 4 due to cleaning. When we got there, the floor was dirty and we had to clean it (not just a little beach sand; for example, we swept up a hairball too). The stove was clean but the trays beneath the stove eyes were really dirty and the lower cabinets needed vacuuming. We were told to wash, dry and put away dishes, but there were no dishtowels or a drying rack for drying. The bathrooms, fridge, and bedding were very clean, no complaints on those points. Communication/noise: we were warned by Email to be quiet or there may be neighbor complaints, police calls not unknown. We overlooked the Quarterdeck bar, which had karoake or live singing til 11 pm 4 out of 5 nights. It was LOUD! We could hear every intro and every song. Imagine the pleasure of listening to inebriated young women tackle "Paradise by the Dashboard Lights" . . . sounded like howling cats out there . Other: The sliding glass door has got real problems with opening/closing and doesn't lock. Not a security concern for us as it was 3rd floor on the most visible side of building, but annoying. Bottom: Geographic location was excellent but I wouldn't stay here again. Too many annoying small things and way too loud at night.

Was highly disappointed upon entering the unit. Blinds on sliding glass door were broken and missing pieces. Would have benefited from knowing ahead of time that karaoke takes place outside the door every single night well past 11pm. Only 3 elevators for a large building.

Great views

The pictures appear to have been taken at an earlier time. There was no dishwasher, as shown in photos. The furniture was arranged differently than photos, which distorted the open space area. This is a quaint unit with a wonderful ocean view. Close to the Quarter Deck bar so you can sit outside and enjoy the live music below (especially if you don't want to be in the crowd).

The pictures of this condo are not what the place looks like. The blinds were on the floor the faucet in the bathroom kept running cabinet draws were hanging off. Old furniture I was truly disappointed if it wasn’t right on the beach I probably would have left the beach was beautiful . I won’t rent that place again

This place was nice. I have been to the area many times but first time staying here. The quarter bar was right outside the balcony which was nice until night 2 😂 his playlist then kareokee isn’t happening is the exact same. There was also a makeshift Bach party on the sand and they were SUPER loud until 2am (which no one could do anything about bc it wasn’t on ocean lakes or Myrtle beach resort property. The room… didn’t feel “fresh” things were outdated, the chair looked like 800 people had sat in it and needed new fluff. We dropped something and looked under the bed.. sand and a dirty sock that wasn’t ours which just made us question how much had really been cleaned and when was the last time.. when I went to take a shower and went to use a towel hanging in the bathroom there was brown stuff on both towels.. like maybe bug poop or towels that had been sitting there a while. We over came a lot of it it just wasn’t as clean and welcoming as other places we have stayed and certain not how clean I left the place. I went to sweep but no dustpan.. so the cleaning service found my dirt pile.. But honestly over all I would probably stay there again. Just with the cleaning was a little better.

Terrible unit. Everything is broken and dated. No help from property manager. Our backs are still hurting from the broken bed. I wish I could post the pictures to show what the reality of this unit is. And no one cares at Vcasa.

Would NOT recommend!! Overpriced ! Understocked! Dirty ! Sliding door malfunction! Window treatments broken!! Covered the baking sheet with foil and had to buy a skillet and coffee maker as the provisions were disgusting. Hair balls everywhere! Myrtle Beach Resort was well kept, this unit an exception...would recommend the owner actually spend some time in this unit score D
