Come vacation in this two-story Grand Estate vacation home with its own guest cottage overlooking the 18th green on Bayside's Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. This spacious and unique home - more than 4,000 square feet - features many extras, including its own separate guest cottage featuring a sofa bed for additional sleeping as well as a full-size pool table, a genuine MultiCade arcade game, a bar, and a 50-inch plasma TV - for all those sporting events where a smaller TV just won't do. There is also a full bathroom.

Outside there is a bricked terrace where you can hone your barbeque skills on a large gas grill. The main suite has its own private sitting room. There is a living area with a gas fireplace and 45-inch TV on the first level as well as an open den. You will fall in love with this large well-equipped kitchen, which includes a Keurig coffee machine, and an additional refrigerator in the garage to store those extra munchies for the kids or soft drinks and brews! This kitchen is set up for the most serious of cooks as well as something simple like throwing in a frozen pizza or two. The second floor features a spacious loft area that is set up as a second living room with a 25-inch TV. There are several TVs and many DVD players for all the TV fanatics to enjoy. Best of all is the beautiful decor! There are many custom aspects to this home that truly makes it unique. It is large but also warm and welcoming and features many custom finishing touches that you just don't find in many vacation rental properties. In-home amenities include central air-conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer.

Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities. These include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, two outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. There are also stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, and nature trails with observation towers. The Freeman Stage at Bayside hosts a full slate of summer entertainment, including live dancing, music, and children's programming.

THINGS TO KNOW
Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
