This charming 93 m² flat in La Bresse can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Located on the 1st floor, it has a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a shared 800 m² garden. Sheets and towels are extra - we're waiting for you!

- A second 10 m² lounge with a TV.

Additional equipment: cot and barbecue.

- An 800 m² enclosed garden, shared with the ground-floor tenant and laid out with furniture and a barbecue.

The flat is ideally located in La Bresse town centre, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as the tourist office, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market and sports complex: ice rink, swimming pool, steam room, bowling alley, etc.

- Brabant ski resort 3.3 km away (6 minutes by car).
- Colmar 53.7 km away (1 hour 05 minutes by car).
- Mulhouse 60.1 km away (1h16 by car).

Activities :
La Bresse, located in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has been awarded the "Famille Plus Montagne" label. In summer and winter alike, the Vosges offers a multitude of activities and leisure pursuits:

In summer :
- Over 250 km of waymarked footpaths and 200 km of mountain bike trails, Lac des Corbeaux, Lac de Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing...
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer sledging, trial...
- Visits: confectionery, clog-making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), Alsace villages and vineyards (Colmar 1 hour away).

In winter :
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (10 minutes' drive from the flat), the largest ski area in the Vosges.
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic ski area: 50 km of runs for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe circuits, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, toboggan runs, ice rink.

Transport :
- By car : you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.
- Shuttles to the ski resort 50 m away and bus service to Remiremont station.
- Nearest train station: Remiremont, 27 km away (about 30 minutes by car).
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.
