This is a really nice place to begin with. However, you cannot get in the garage. The house rules state that there is a garage door opener for you but none and has a car in it so you cannot park out of the sun. There are no TVs in any bedroom there is one TV in the living room the furniture on the patio by the pool is all ripped up rattan the property said that the pool was heated it was not, there's a solar thing on the roof and I was there for a week before I found a valve to open and in 2 days it warmed up. The light in the pool does not work. The pool is very clean and nice. a few tiles falling off around the perimiter but not a real issue. The VRBO description said that there is a "hot tub" and shows a picture that looks like one. It is just a waterfall from filter return. I called the property manager and he then removed the hot tub desciption but I did screenshot it before he did that. I really wanted a pool with a hot tub as cool evenings would have been great with one. I didn't like that I paid thinking I was getting one and didn't. That was a big reason to book when I did. Everything else was nice, lots of cooking utensils and pots/pans. It is in a nice neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants etc. Also, you can not talk to owner, you only have access to a property manager.
