2 ROOM SEASIDE APARTMENT

Right in the centre, in a quiet area, a 5-minute walk from the beaches, this apartment is ideally located near Fréjus—with its water park, nighttime amusement park, go-kart track, and large “Base Nature” outdoor adventure park—perfect for family outings—as well as the town of Saint-Raphaël, with its harbour, casino, its cinema, beach, night market, and small shops. There are many activities for children in the surrounding area, ranging from a 10- to 20-minute drive away (paintball, tree-top adventure courses, inflatable games on the lakes, etc.)<br>Saint-Aygulf features a large sandy beach as well as numerous coves. In addition, the village is lined with restaurants along the beach, as well as ice cream shops and small boutiques. <br><br>Regarding rentals, the apartment is rented by the full week (Saturday through Saturday or Sunday through Sunday). <br>Please note that there is no private parking; however, there are parking areas nearby, as well as a bike rental shop less than 5 minutes away. <br>For the benefit of future guests after your departure, we ask that you do a light cleaning (or cleaning can be done for you for an additional fee of 60€). <br>Regarding payment: a 30% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining 70% due 10 days before your arrival. Both payments must be made by credit card on the Vrbo website. In addition, a security deposit of 200 euros is required, payable by check to be mailed one month in advance to our personal address; this amount will not be charged and will be refunded to you within one month of your departure.
