The apartment:
Very well equipped, your apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by a beautiful staircase. Just a few steps from rue Sainte Catherine, all shops, restaurants and the tramway, it offers the following amenities:

- A bright living room with wooden dining table, sofa, flat screen TV and high ceilings.
- A large stone balcony overlooking the street (very quiet) with a small table and two chairs.
- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: fridge, induction hob, microwave oven, conventional oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and plenty of cooking utensils.
- Workshop-style bedroom with double bed and storage space
- A bathroom with Italian-style shower and washing machine.

An iron and ironing board are also available for your convenience.

In this street, you'll see the old stores of wine, grain and salt merchants: their high first floor, topped by a low-ceilinged entresol, is characteristic. At no. 25 is the home of a former mayor of Bordeaux and famous writer: Montaigne.
