Enjoy the ease of travel with tramway lines A and C stations just a minute's walk away (Porte de Bourgogne).

This accommodation is ideally designed to comfortably host up to four people. It has two charming bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 cm bed, promising a restorative night's sleep. The sober and elegant decoration creates a welcoming and soothing atmosphere.

The rare gem of this apartment is its terrace opening onto the street, offering a privileged outdoor space to enjoy a morning coffee or relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a toaster and a coffee machine, perfect for preparing and enjoying homemade meals.

While the apartment retains the charm of old Bordeaux with its Bordeaux stone stairs leading to an outdoor patio, it does not lack modern amenities, such as a television and wifi.
A cot can be provided at a cost of €20 per stay and €30 with a high chair.

## DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €250 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of €3,30.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.


## EXCHANGE WITH TRAVELERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to plan your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4 pm to 8:30 pm. However, it is possible to arrive later, on request, with a supplement of €10 per additional hour.


## THE NEIGHBORHOOD

From Mérignac Airport:
Take the tram A from Mérignac Aéroport Station to Palais de Justice Station, then take tram A from Palais de Justice Station to Porte de Bourgogne Station then walk 2 minutes.

From Saint Jean Station:
Take the tram C from Gare Saint Jean (Marne) Station to Porte de Bourgogne Station then walk 5 minutes.

For parking, street parking is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The other alternative, if you prefer, is the public car park "Place de La Bourse" located 500 meters from the flat.
The price for parking is €22 for half a day.
