🚗 PARKING
From Mérignac Airport: Take tram A or bus 1 to Gambetta Mériadeck, then walk approximately 12 minutes.
From Gare Saint-Jean: Take tram C to the Quinconces stop, then walk approximately 4 minutes.
Street parking is free from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
The ""Clémenceau-Auditorium"" public car park is located 50 metres from the apartment (paid parking).

This is a wonderful pad in Bordeaux

I don't want to tell everybody about this place so that it will be available for me on my next visit to Bordeaux. LOL. The check in was seamless. I was a little late in my arrival. But they handled it without any problem. The apartment is comfortable and clean and with a great location. I'll be back.

Great Place But Flawed

This would be a nice place however we experienced some severe issues and ended up leaving early. The entrance to the building had a broken security lock and was not secure. There was sewer gas coming from the shower. We had a mouse living under the refrigerator. The curtains for the front bedroom were broken and in the closet. To their credit the management sent someone to fix the shower drain and plug the mouse entrance. He said the security door was working. It never was. It closed in a way that left a gap obvious to anyone outside. With corrections to these issues it would be a nice place to stay. Marie, the host, was great.

The location of the apartment was great. We were able to walk throughout downtown. The property was very clean. The communication was prompt. Marie was very helpful. For this trip I especially appreciated that they had air conditioning in all the rooms, given the heatwave over Europe. I would recommend this apartment to others.

Apartamento estupendo, bien situado, todo muy limpio. Cómodo y práctico. El check-in fácil y cerca de todo. Solo tiene un inconveniente, si se va muy cargado, con niños o personas con discapacidad, no tiene ascensor y hay unas buenas escaleras hasta el segundo piso donde teníamos el apartamento Balzac. Si no te molesta este asunto, por lo demás, el apartamento es perfecto

Emplacement parfait - Appart tres cosy

L’appartement se trouve dans une rue calme mais à 5 min de la place Gambetta. Tout est proche! Et quand on est fatigué il y a le tram pas loin non plus. L’apparement est joli, belle hauteur sous plafond, et tres bien agencé. Et contrairement a beaucoup d’Airbn, une personne vous montre l’appartement. Une adresse à garder.
