Beautiful, cozy T2 in the center of Bordeaux

Excellent location for your weekend or week-long getaway. Private, cozy, 1 bed only 10 min walk from the city center. Quiet area with a bakery, mini market and small restaurants a few minutes away. Close to all UNESCO World Heritage sites, 45 minutes by car from the famous vineyards of Margaux, Saint Emilion, etc., and 45 minutes by car from the beach, Arcachon and Cap Ferret.

Tastefully decorated 50m2 apartment on the ground floor of a house. High ceilings, limestone wall, open floor plan, bedroom with ceiling fan, kitchen has all necessary appliances. Living room with bay windows overlooking the garden, with a small table and chairs. The sofa bed is for one adult or two children (130cm wide). A bathroom with Italian shower and WC. All linens and linens provided. Dining room for meals in the kitchen. Living room with sofa and chair, large screen HD TV, WiFi Internet access, Ethernet plug.

Bus stop right outside the house, bike rental across the street.

Compulsory costs not included in the price: cleaning (€ 25) and city tax (0.90 € / day / person).

Wonderful place with beautiful garden

We absolutely enjoyed our 3-day-stay at Desiree‘s apartment. It‘s near the city, but very quiet, well equipped, beautiful designed and has a romantic small flower garden to sit in and have a glass of wine. Desiree is a great and super friendly host - she provides a lot of insider informations and is easy to reach.

We could not have enjoyed our stay with Desiree more. They were an incredible host and accommodating in every way. The apartment itself had everything we needed and more and felt right at home. Dream Property

This the most beautiful and well equipped VRBO we have ever experienced. The apartment and its garden offer a serene place from which to explore Bordeaux. Every amenity was provided by our hosts who also kindly drove us to a medical facility for treatment of an ankle sprain and stayed with us to provide French translation. Highly recommend this property!

Great Stay

From the very beginning this was an easy stay. Desiree is an excellent host who communicates promptly. The accommodation is standalone and well planned to offer kitchen, dining, bedroom and bathroom in a well designed layout. Overall cleanliness is fantastic along with great touches such as complimentary staples to get visitors underway.It’s also situated in a garden setting that provides an extra touch of home. Located in a great neighbourhood that is about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Bordeaux. Would highly recommend this property.

Excellent Find in Bordeaux

This place is fabulous in a quiet neighborhood that’s a 15-minute minute walk to the center of the old town. The apartment has everything you need to live comfortably. The queen bed is great, the shower is fabulous, and the hostess is very friendly and helpful. If we are ever in Bordeaux again, I want to stay here. We stayed in this lovely garden apartment for four nights while we explored Bordeaux. Communication with Desiree was excellent and she was extremely welcoming when we arrived. She explained every detail of the beautifully appointed apartment and used a map to show us the must see sights and bus information. The welcoming wine and other treats were a special surprise. At the end of our long days out we were invigorated by the scents of the jasmine in bloom and other garden delights. We cannot recommend this modern and impeccably appointed apartment enough.

A delightful place to stay and so thoughtfully prepared for guests

This flat is so charming and so are the hosts. The location is an easy walk to shopping, the tram or city center and St Catherine St shopping. The hosts provide plenty of information, maps, and recommendations for the Bordeaux area. The garden is a calm oasis and the kitchen has anything you need for cooking. A place for everything and everything in its place. Beautiful decor, plenty of space, a comfy bed, and a great shower. Will stay here again!

Wonderful apartment in Bordeaux

Very clean. Spacious on one level. Private garden. Well located. Beautifully appointed. Unobtrusive but very helpful host. We have stayed in many apartments while touring in Europe, North America and Asia, and this was one of the very best.

Perfect week long stay

Desiree went out of her way to make the apartment welcoming and ready to use. A starter pack of grocery essentials are already there. A wonderful way to start your holiday without having to go grocery shopping immediately. Lovely garden with your morning coffee. One of the best VRBO apartments we have ever stayed at.
