About this property

Excellent location for your weekend or week-long getaway. Private, cozy, 1 bed only 10 min walk from the city center. Quiet area with a bakery, mini market and small restaurants a few minutes away. Close to all UNESCO World Heritage sites, 45 minutes by car from the famous vineyards of Margaux, Saint Emilion, etc., and 45 minutes by car from the beach, Arcachon and Cap Ferret.

Tastefully decorated 50m2 apartment on the ground floor of a house. High ceilings, limestone wall, open floor plan, bedroom with ceiling fan, kitchen has all necessary appliances. Living room with bay windows overlooking the garden, with a small table and chairs. The sofa bed is for one adult or two children (130cm wide). A bathroom with Italian shower and WC. All linens and linens provided. Dining room for meals in the kitchen. Living room with sofa and chair, large screen HD TV, WiFi Internet access, Ethernet plug.

Bus stop right outside the house, bike rental across the street.

Great stay

Great little apartment in Bordeaux very convenient to downtown. Excellent host with all the local info. Stay overall was incredibly smooth. Can’t recommend it enough.

Très bel appartement & très bon accueil

Appartement très beau et confortable.C'est également et sans conteste un des logements les mieux équipés dans lesquels nous avons séjourné. Le petit jardin est un vrai plus car même si nous n'avons pas pu en profiter (nous y avons séjourné fin février), la vue depuis la baie vitrée est très apaisante. Le quartier est calme, agréable, et on rejoint facilement le centre si on n'a pas peur de marcher un peu. Désirée est une hôte efficace, réactive et généreuse, nous profitons de cette appréciation pour la remercier à nouveau.
