This apartment, in an ancient building, is composed of :

• a living room with a sofa, a coffee table, an armchair, a desk, a dining table for 4 people, TV, internet/wifi



• a big kitchen, separated, completely furnished with an oven, a micro-wave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hobs, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and all kitchen utensils



• bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a large closet



• bathroom with a basin, small cabinet, towel dryer and a WC

The parking space is located at the public parking "Bourse" at Place de la Bourse.

Apartment equipped with a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Linen is provided (bed sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made on arrival


 

Extra fees :


Late arrivals, supplements apply:

30€ between 8pm and 10pm,


50€ between 10pm and 11pm,


80€ after 11pm.

Check-out/check-in: until 11am maximum.


Depending on the agreed time, we'll meet you at the apartment to collect the keys.

Sundays and public holidays:


If you plan to arrive or depart on a Sunday or a French calendar holiday, a surcharge of €30 applies, to be paid on arrival.

Cleaning:


The price for cleaning in the advertisement corresponds to a stay of less than two weeks. 


If your stay is longer than two weeks, the price of cleaning will be doubled. You will be asked to pay the balance. 


Example: in a case where the initial cleaning is 60€, for more than two weeks, it will be 120€.

Thank you for your kind understanding
