This was a great location which made it easy to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. It is a lovely accommodation that was spacious for the 4 of us and we made use of the kitchen several times. The grocery store is literally just around the corner and there are scooters and bikes right out the front door. I would caution anyone with mobility issues to keep in mind that there are about 60 stairs just to get to the unit and the unit itself is on two floors so there are more stairs. The toilets are also separate from the actual bathrooms so there are 2 toilets, 1 bathtub and 1 shower that has no curtain over the window so you are exposed to all of the office buildings while showering. Still, I would definitely stay here again.

Le Joyau "Séjour très agréable dans ce magnifique appartement très bien situé dans Bordeaux (proche transports en communs, parkings et à deux pas du centre ville à pied!) La qualité de la literie, la propreté des lieux et le soin apporté à la décoration sont autant de raisons de choisir cet appartement pour un séjour à Bordeaux. L'heure d'arrivée flexible est très confortable lorsqu'on vient de loin. Et enfin, l'équipe de Cocoonr est très disponible et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Très sympathiques et réactifs, ils ont su faire de notre séjour de travail un véritable combo travail/détente. Un grand merci à eux!"

Le Joyau Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux, bien décoré, bien équipé. Il est idéalement situé dans un quartier agréable, à proximité de deux lignes de tram. Je recommande vivement ce logement !

Le Joyau "🙂 Die Lage ist perfekt. Ruhig aber nah zur Innenstadt und zum Fluss. Die Ausstattung ist für einen Urlaub völlig ausreichend. Die Räume sind hoch und hell. 🙁 Das Treppenhaus ist durch die Sanierung anderer Wohnungen im Haus beeinträchtigt. Lärm gab es aber keinen. Eines der Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, aber das war auch so beschrieben."

Le Joyau "Très bel appartement haut de plafond avec vue magnifique le matin sur la Garonne et les bâtiments anciens devant. Bien qu'en centre ville, les chambres sont très silencieuses. Literie confortable (sauf la petite chambre en enfilade faite réellement pour un enfant), cuisine bien équipée et salon/salle à manger confort. Il faut monter 3 escaliers étroits sans ascenseur : attention si vous avez de jeunes enfants ou de gros bagages lourds."

Le Joyau Great location in a beautiful old building. Apartment was perfect for exploring Bordeaux!! Would definitely stay there again. Be aware you do have to climb up four floors of steep narrow stairs to get to the apartment which is a pain with luggage but the view and location is worth it!

Le Joyau C’était tout simplement parfait! Seul bémol, la douche a eu un trou dans le sol mais ceci a été réparé le jour de notre arrivé. Nous avons dû nous laver dans la baignoire le premier jour. Sinon aucun problème, pas de voisinage bruitant et les pièces et les chambres étaient vraiment sublimes! Penser à faire du cardio avant d’y aller, 3 étages à monter avant d’arriver au paradis.

Le Joyau Appartement idéalement situé dans les Chartrons, à deux pas des Quais et des petits commerces. L'appartement est grand et très agréable pour 8 personnes. Propre, bien rangé et équipé, il est aussi très joliment décoré et lumineux. C'est un 3ème étage sans ascenseur, avec une vue dégagée.

Le Joyau "🙂 l'appartement est chaleureux et spacieux. 🙁 2 des 8 chaises étaient cassées. la personne qui nous a ouvert était visiblement au courant, mais ....""je n'ai pas eu le temps d'en acheter des autres"" et ""ni demain, c'est dimanche, les magasins sont fermés"" En insistant pour avoir au moins une chaise par personne, je me suis fait ""engueulé"" outrageusement, comme si ma demande était extravagante.....nous n'avons jamais reçu de chaise durant notre séjour. Ne pas avoir une chaise par personne n'est pas correcte, se faire engueuler en demandant d'en avoir est inadmissible"

Le Joyau "Fun in Bordeaux 🙂 Good location. Very comfortable. Good beds. Good shower. 🙁 Don't be put off by the condition of the stairwells, which are in need of refurbishment, as it doesn't represent the apartment. There are a lot of stairs and no lift. Another set of keys would be helpful."

Stay away.

The location was wonderful but the property is not as advertised. The building is under construction so the entry is messy and dusty and unpleasant. The unit is much smaller than images show. There was a broken wine glass in the kitchen cupboard which my husband cut his finger on. Worst of all there are bed bugs. Our entire group of 6 left with bites all over our bodies. Very disappointed.
