Located in the historic center of Bordeaux, the apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and offers comfort and space. It is on the first floor but the second level of a listed building. It includes beautiful reception rooms (entrance hall, lounge, lounge with TV), a kitchen, a bedroom with private bathroom, two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee makers with Nespresso, toaster, fridge-freezer.
All rooms have storage.
If necessary, a sofa bed can be made available in a separate room.

Convenient location to the city Centre, restaurants and shopping. Very quiet from street noise. The layout worked well for our group, with having 2 showers and the bedrooms were spaced out well. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Could use some new towels, but beds and bedding were very comfortable. Therese offered great communication and was very responsive. All photos well represented the space. Very clean.

Very spacious & nicely decorated apartment with full kitchen. Provided great help with location to park our car and fantastic assistance at check-in. Approx 300m walk to access the lovely old city centre of Bordeaux which is filled with great restaurants, cafes & wine bars.

Comfortable Spacious Apartment

This apartment is as shown. It is beautifully decorated. It is near a tram stop, but there is almost no street noise. It is roomy and comfortable. It is about a 10 minute walk to squares and restaurants and an easy tram ride to anywhere in the city. We had a great stay, and are grateful to the host for the comfortable and convenient apartment.

Fantastic apartment for families

We had a very nice experience at this apartment. It is in the heart of Bordeaux. The train is across the street and an abundance of eateries and downtown fun is within 10 minute walk. The apartment is very large…three full bedrooms, living areas, and a full kitchen that was supplied with everything needed for our stay. The host was easy to communicate with and met with us on time. Very much appreciated the ease of staying here. Would recommend this apartment to others looking to enjoy Bordeaux.

We had a wonderful stay. Sylvie kindly provided a very nice travel cot and high chair for our baby (who also loved crawling around the apartment). The apartment itself was conveniently located, absolutely massive and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you could think of. Despite 35 degree celsius weather, the apartment was cool inside. We all slept very well with comfortable bed and blackout blinds. There was a flight of stairs to get up so not ideal for those with limited mobility but otherwise, a perfect apartment! Thank you!

Hot week and little AC

Great experience but we expected real AC per the listing.. it was an exceptional hot week (100+F) and the portable room AC units were not effective. VRBO should be more specific with regard to the type of AC in the unit. We all had trouble sleeping due to the heat. Property manager was great. She went out of her way to get us in early and communications with her were excellent. Enjoyed the stay despite the poor AC.

Wonderful!

We had such a wonderful stay here with my family. It was the perfect location for exploring historic Bordeaux. And the apartment was even more beautiful than it appears in the photos! The huge front windows look out over the Pont de pierre, which let in a nice breeze from the Garonne when opened in the morning or evening. The apartment managed to stay fairly cool, even in the middle of a heatwave. When the windows were closed, we were surprised at the quiet calm oasis, even though we were located on a busy street. We walked almost everywhere in town, but the tram is just outside, and there is a parking lot nearby where my parents parked their car. Sylvie is a thoughtful and generous host, and she even provided toys for our one year old to enjoy. In summary, this apartment is a treasure, and you should definitely stay here when you visit Bordeaux.
