Fantastic location

We really enjoyed our stay at Kini. The village is perfect for a relaxed family holiday with its lovely beach, tavernas/cafes and stunning sunsets. The house is just a few steps from the beach, with a lovely view from the spacious upstairs veranda. The bus is a 2 minute walk away and takes you to Ermoupoli in ~20 minutes. The house is spacious inside and out, and well equipped for a longer stay. However there is no aircon for the main living area downstairs, so it can get a bit hot when there's no breeze. The wifi is hit and miss, sometimes working well and other times unusable. Thankfully we had phones we could tether with, so it wasn't a big problem for us. The beach bar next door sometimes has live music until 1am on Wednesday nights, but otherwise we had no trouble with noise. If you have very young children be aware that there is no protective railing on the stairs. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves outside.

Location, location, location

A beautiful stay at Kini Beach. Very easy communication with host and her assistant. Helpful, warm and welcoming. Everything you need in the house for a short or extended stay. The location is a huge positive - right in front of Kini beach. Walk everywhere. Very clean. Great for little kids through to elderly as not many stairs and such a good location. Thank you for a great holiday 🇬🇷😀⛱️
