Small traditional cycladic house with a big terrace directly by the beach for relaxing vacations and majestic aegean sunsets.
The house is a traditional cycladic building (35 sqm) in the small but very idilic fisher-village called Kini, on the beautiful island of Syros, Cyclades.
The house provides 1 bedroom (140x200 cm bed), 1 living room with a sleeper sofa (160x200 cm), a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. Fully renovated in 2018 - apart from the kitchen, which is fully functional and was renovated 2024.
The greatest asset of the house is its big terrace (35 sqm) by the beach with a great view, enjoyable sunsets and a children-friendly environment since one can relax while keeping an eye on the offsprings at the small beach.

Le meilleur emplacement à Kini
C'est une petite location (un peu juste pour 4 personnes) mais un emplacement imbattable, littéralement à deux mètres de la plage. La vaste terrasse permet de prendre tous les repas face à la mer! La plage est familiale, tranquille, en déclivité très lente (idéale pour les enfants), quelques tamaris fournissent une ombre précieuse, sinon il y a les parasols des beach bars avoisinants. Ces beach bars procurent quelquefois une activité nocturne (soirées musicales), c'est à noter, même si ça ne nous a pas spécialement dérangés.
La communication a été fluide et facile, sur place Maria s'occupe de tout.
Au final, une semaine géniale. Je recommande l'emplacement.
