About this property

Welcome to our Cozy Carmel home! This home is newly renovated with 3 spacious bedrooms all with attached full bathrooms. As well as a half bathroom by the living room. We have lots of sunlit, open living space. Cook a meal in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops or enjoy a drink on the patio. Going out? You're just a few miles from the Monon Trail and downtown Carmel, 10 minutes from Fishers, or 20 minutes from downtown Indianapolis! Our home has a security camera on the front of the house that records the front porch and driveway.

Great family room layout.

This property is located 1 mile west of the Black Iris Mansion that is used for weddings. Close for our daughter's wedding event for our family to stay. We do recommend and will stay here again for family functions in Indianapolis.

What a perfect place to make our home base for our daughter’s wedding! This home is clean, well maintained and stocked with all of the essentials. It’s also close to lots of food and shopping. 10 out of 10 recommend!
