Beautiful place to stay! Right in the alps but still easily accessable from annecy! And the hosts were so helpful dispite the language difference. Will definatley be staying here again.

The apartment is spacey and beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, we found everything we needed. Our host provided us with everything we asked for. The gaqrden of the property is very beautiful and the area is calm.

Our stay in Annecy

First floor flat with the owner residing on the ground floor. Use of pleasant garden and facilities. Good off road parking. Due to our age we would have preferred a dedicated walk in shower to a hipster bath and shower combined.

Bien calme

L’accueil a été très agréable. Le quartier est très tranquille et le panorama superbe. L’appartement est situé au premier étage. Le jardin étant grand, les enfants ont pu y jouer dans une cabane et nous avons eu le droit de manger les succulentes prunes du prunier. Par contre nous avons eu chaud (au mois d’août). La chambre d’enfants (deux lits simples) n’a pas de fenêtre qui s’ouvre. Nous avons utilisé le ventilateur qui a bien servi.

Annecy, vacances idéales

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à Annecy et très bien accueilli par la propriétaire qui nous a d'ailleurs offert un verre à notre arrivée. Beau logement, ancien, avec de beaux vollets mais sans l'explication de la manipulation de ceux-ci 😉. Le logement se situe à quelques minutes d'Annecy, c'est top ! Séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement et nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. Des commerces sont disponibles à 2 minutes en voiture et l'environnement est très calme. Le stationnement est possible au pied de l'appartement.

Séjour assez bon. Trois points d'attention : - il est regrettable qu'il n'y ait pas de lave-linge à disposition. Quand on vient en famille pendant 15 jours, c'est très utile d'autant plus qu'un lave-linge existait dans le garage ; -nous avons payé 49 euros une prestation de ménage. Or, nous sommes bien élevés et nous rendons les locations aussi propres voire plus propres qu'à notre arrivée. Dommage de payer 49 euros pour rien. Il n'a pas été possible de nous faire rembourser ; -location chère globalement.

Bonjour Je vous remercie pour votre retour et en prends bonne note ; je suis un peu surprise car lorsque je vous ai croisé lors de votre séjour et que je vous ai demandé si tout se passait bien , vous m’avez répondu positivement. En comparaison avec les autres locations saisonnières sur la région annécienne en août, l’appartement est bien positionné en terme de prix.

Apparemment et pas maison intitulé faux

La fenêtre de la chambre condamné fu coup 40degré...la propriétaire était au courant les locataires avant nous lui avait signalé...appartement absolument au normes electrique...baignoire sabot du début du siècle....c est juste un appartement rentable pour la propriétaire...literie vieille....pas de balcon ou petit balcon...ceux qu on voit sur la photo c est chez elle....donc pas d extérieur

Bonjour Le titre de l’annonce est bien « appartement au deuxième étage d’une maison » et non maison à louer! La fenêtre velux a été réparée et la literie est en bon état . Il n’est pas indiqué dans l’annonce qu’il y a un balcon disponible avec l’appartement . Il y a par contre un jardin de 2000 mètres carrés et une terrasse avec chaises longues mis à disposition , donc oui il y a bien un extérieur et non ce n’est en aucun cas « un appartement juste rentable » étant donné le prix accessible de la location et l’attention que nous mettons à bien accueillir les locataires.
